I have been going to Lehi Days Rodeo since before I can even remember. It is fun to go back every year and watch my kids enjoy the same activities that I did when as a child. It brings back lots of fun memories and strangely makes me want to own a ranch with horses. We enjoyed our day with Shannon, Donald, Kevin, My mom and dad, Christi, Lenard, Jon and Sadie. The weather was perfectly warm with just the right amount of sunshine.
Halia was first up at the Chicken Chase!
She came back without a chicken but with a big smile on her face!

Their cousin Sadie caught one =) The kids were excited. They got to hold it and pet it. Way to go Sadie =)
It was a Long warm day for Kaybrie. She had to take a break about halfway through.
The line was SOOOOO long for the pony ride but, that didn't stop the kids from waiting their turn.

Halia's pony had hearts on it's bum. She thought that was cute.
It just wouldn't be Lehi days if the kids didn't get to get completely filthy and sticky!
It was seriously such a fun day!

Even though we were there for just a couple of hours, it was a fun day that brought back so many memories....and a bit of sadness for us, we probably wont be to another Lehi Days for a LONG time! Thanks for those pics Suzi!
You don't even know how jealous we are looking at these pictures!! Good times with lots of good memories :) Wish we could have been there! (except I don't know if I would let Chad do any bulldogging! HA!)
