Friends

I was reading a friends blog today, and it made me so homesick. We just recently moved from Richfield to Herriman. It was a great move, but it's so hard to leave people behind. We have moved a lot since Las Vegas; Georgia, Richfield, then here. O.k. not a ton, but it seems like it, anyway. When we moved to Richfield Wade was working nights, then coaching in the afternoons. Paityn was 2, and it was a very hard adjustment. It was his hometown, and he was well known. I on the other hand, felt like the wife stuck at home who had to deal with the change and all the chaos that change was bringing. I prayed for friends. I am not a great friend person. I keep to myself and I like it, but I prayed. I have been blessed to know some great women . It's amazing how the Lord blesses us with what we need. Wade moved up to Salt Lake that next summer to work, and I was left alone at home. I don't know what I would have done without these ladies. Bookclubs, PTA, lunches, zumba, the park, trips to Provo, or just hanging out at their houses. It was such a blessing. As I look back It's easy to recognize the people the Lord puts in your life, and I really don't think anyone will do. I really believe that "True" friendship is hard to find. True friends that make life easier, and fun, and enrich your life, friends that accept you for you with your flaws (many flaws) are not a dime a dozen. So, thanx ladies. Thanx for being my friend.

You could have used my name...I know you're talking about me. :) Hope all is well in Herriman. If you want to visit indian ruins...come see us! Or just come see us! During football season!

Hey! I am so glad you blog so I can still see how your life is going. I definitely agree with you about this. My problem is every time I finally decide I like someone, they move! But its all good, I know you will move back, right? Sure do miss you. :)
