Ruskea Tilda-tagi / Brown Tilda Tag

Tagin pohja on rusehtavaa helmiäiskartonkia. Vaaleamman ruskea paperi on kohokuvioitu ja kiehkura on leikattu Timpan stanssilla. Magnolian mini-Tildan väritin ProMarkereilla.

I embossed the paler brown paper and die cut the swirl. Cute mini-Tilda from Magnolia has been colored with ProMarkers.

I made this sign for my colleague to hang beside her door when she's in a meeting and not available. The stamp is from The Greeting Farm and I colored the image with ProMarkers. Papers are from DoCrafts and the letters have been die cut.

P*skarteluhaaste #185 - Bingo

P*skiksessa on aiheena bingo ja valitsin rivin embossaus - stanssi/leikkuri - raidat. Osallistun tällä joulukortilla, jonka taustan tein embossaamalla vaalealla jauheella valkoiselle kartongille lumihiutaleita ja mustettamalla loput ruskealla. Raidat ovat helmiäishohtoisessa aaltokartongissa. Stanssatut elementit eli kiehkuran ja hiutaleympyrät käsittelin kirkkaalla Rock Candyllä.

I made this card to take part in a Finnish craft challenge with a theme of bingo. My row is embossing - punch/diecut - stripes. I embossed snowflakes with white powder to make the background and inked the rest with brown tones. The stripes are in the corrugated cardstock. The swirl and round snowflakes have been die cut and covered with clear Rock Candy.

Kortissa käyttämäni vintagekuva on Pion Designin ja tekstileima Finnstamperin. Taustalle leikkelin vaihteeksi kakkupaperia kuviopaperin sijaan ja käytin pöydällä pyörineen pitsinpalan kukka-asetelmassa.

Pastellia äidille / Pastel Card for Mum

Tässä kortissa käyttämäni taustapaperi ja kukkaleimasin ovat molemmat lehden kylkiäisenä saatuja. Leimasin kukan vaihteeksi harmaalla, jotta sain hennomman tunnelman leimakuvaan. Väritin kukan Distress-musteilla. Leimailin taustapaperiin hennosti vaaleanpunaisella maalilla kuplamuovia apuna käyttäen. Tekstileimasin on Nea-Idean.

I've gotten both the flower stamp and the background paper with a magazine. I stamped the flower with grey ink to achieve a more subtle finish. The flower has been colored with Distress Inks. I stamped the background with pale pink paint and bubble wrap.

Pinkki onnittelu / Happy Pink Birthday

Tätä korttia oli kiva värkätä, läträsin lumiaineen kanssa pitkästä aikaa. :)
Kuva on väritetty Distress-musteilla, kukallinen taustapaperi on Amsterdamin tuliainen ja jos oikein tulkitsin, valmistaja on Art Talent. Boordissa käyttämäni paperi on DoCraftsin Lucy Cromwell -lehtiöstä. Harso on kiinnitetty Aleene's Glitter Snowlla ja kuvioleikkurilla tehty perhonen kohokuvioitu. Tekstileimasin on Nea-Idean.

I colored the image with Distress Inks. The floral paper in the background is from Amsterdam and I think the manufacturer is Art Talent. The paper I used in the panel is from DoCrafts' Lucy Cromwell pad. I glued the cheesecloth in place with Aleene's Glitter Snow and embossed the little butterfly I punched out of pink paper.

Leimakuva on Lili of the Valleyn, väritin sen ProMarkereilla. Paperit ovat DCWV:n Mariposa-lehtiöstä ja teksti on tulostettu (näin jälkiviisaana olen sitä mieltä, että olisi pitänyt valita joku sirompi fontti).

The cute stamp is from Lili of the Valley and I colored the image with ProMarkers. The papers are from DCWC's Mariposa pad and I printed the sentiment saying Get well soon! in Finnish (too late now, but the font should have been more delicate to fit this card better).

P*skarteluhaaste #184 - Höyheniä / Feathers

P*skiksen aiheena on tosiaan höheniä ja ensin ei tullut juuri muuta kuin pääsiäinen mieleen... Mulla ei ole kuin pääsiäisvärisiä höyheniä, joten mustetin ruskealla keltaisia höyheniä vähän paremmin korttiin sopiviksi. Tuon Stampendousin postikorttileimasimen ostin tänään Tiimarin -70% alesta ja se on kyllä ihana! Väritin perhosen Distress-musteilla. Aaltokartonki on myös Tiimarista tänään ostettu, paperit ovat Lili of the Valleyn Country Lady -lehtiöstä ja teksti on Nea-Idean.

I made this card to take part in a Finnish craft challenge with a theme of feathers. I only have feathers in Easter colors so I inked yellow ones with brown to make them match the card better. The Stamp is from Stampendous and I colored the butterfly with Distress Inks. The papers are from Lili of the Valley's Country Lady paper pad.

Toukokuu / May

Tein kalenterisivun toukokuulle pikkukalenteriin, jota pidän työpöydälläni. Vintagekuva on Pion Designin ja taustalla käyttämäni paperi DoCraftsin Pampered Pets -lehtiöstä. Kukkarykelmän "lehdet" ovat Heidin Korttipajasta saamiani kartonkileikkeitä, joita väritin ProMarkereilla ja mustetin hieman.

I made a calendar page for May. The vintage image is from Pion Design and the background paper is from DoCrafts' Pampered Pets pad. The leaves are cardstock die cuts I got from a Finnish craft store Heidin Korttipaja. I colored them with ProMarkers and Distress Inks.

P*skiksen aiheena on luonnos, jota noudattelin aika tarkkaan. Käytin Basic Greyn Wander-lehtiön papereita ja roiskeet ovat punaisella ja ruskealla maalilla tehtyjä. Heidin korttipajasta saamistani kartonkileikkeistä valitsin kaivinkoneen, jonka käsittelin Crackle Accentilla (krakleerausaine) ja musteella.

The theme in a Finnish craft challenge is a sketch and I made this card using Basic Grey's Wander paper pad. I splattered some red and brown paint and used Crackle Accents and ink to alter the digger which is a cardstock die cut I got from Heidin korttipaja.

Pinkkiä Tildaa / Tilda in Pink

Tällainen yksinkertainen Tilda-kortti, taustapaperi on DoCraftsin Summer Bloom -lehtiöstä. Leimasin on tietenkin Magnolian, väritetty ProMarkereilla. Leimailin onnittelun erillisillä kirjainleimasimilla. Kakkupaperin reunoilla on Perfect Pearls -jauhetta.

Koholeimausta / Embossing

Tein taustan Fiskarsin lahjaleimasimella, leimasin kohomusteella valkoiselle kartongille ja sirottelin kirkasta jauhetta päälle. Mustetin taustaa sinisellä ja ruskealla sekä ruiskin vähän vettä päälle pehmentääkseni värejä. Tekstileimasin on Stempelkellerin, feikkiompeleet tein valkoisella geelikynällä.

I made the background with a stamp from Fiskars. I used embossing ink and clear embossing powder on white cardstock and then inked the background with blues and browns. I softened the colors by spraying some water on top to blend the inks. I drew the fake stitching around the sentiment with a white gel pen.

Tulipas samantyylinen kortti kuin eilisestäkin. Tässä myös The Greeting Farmin leimakuva väritetty ProMarkereilla, paperit ovat Pink Paisleen 365 Degrees -lehtiöstä. Värit sopivat tämän viikon P*skarteluhaasteeseen, jonka inspiraatiokuvan karkkikasasta poimin myös vihreän, vaikka sitä ei värilastuissa ollutkaan. :)

This card is quite similar in style that the one I posted yesterday. I used a stamp from The Greeting Farm and colored the image again with ProMarkers. The papers are from Pink Paislee's 365 Degrees pad.
