The second challenge is to make a layout without any fancy pre-made embellishments. You can use cardstock, patterned paper, stamps, ink, paint and all those sorts of goodies, but set aside the Primas!
Here's my submission for this challenge.
The two larger lollipop flowers are not made by me. (Gold flower i bought from Sandra from her etsy. The turquoise flower is made by Irene C. We were in a swap on the beach that Lyla hosted) The paper flower i made for Lyla's swap.
The hat pins i made. :)
TH: Ornate plates, Grungeboard Alpha "M"
Burlap (rec'd from Sandra in a swap we did in Jan '10)
Prima Canvas -used a background stamp and used GM (i can't remember what color)
Background paper is G45 Le Romantique
I loved this challenge and I've been wanting to do this layout/shadowbox for quite some time. I *KNOW* I wouldn't have done it if i were doing it on my own. It would've been too difficult for me to do.
