Season's Greetings

Sending love and good thoughts this holiday to all of my dear friends and their family. Love and much happiness this holiday time and for the new year that it soon to begin.

Happy Holidays from Fuzzy Tales

It's a busy time of year and we've not been around much lately, but we'd like to wish everyone a very happy holiday and merry Christmas.

Let's hope the new year brings an abundance of love and laughter and Light. 2012 has had far too much sorrow and darkness and suffering.

Also, Derry's 5th Gotcha Day is tomorrow, the 21st. We do have a post scheduled on our blog, and everyone is welcome to stop by if they have a moment.

Comments are off for this post, just have a good day and hold your loved ones close to your heart.

We have a few minutes ...

... before beginning another long and errand-filled day. Grace does her part by being her loving self before it all starts and again when her secretary finally gets home! Maybe next week will be calmer!

Anyway, we just wanted to say how MARVELOUS all the holiday-wish posts are ... so filled with fun and caring and excellent photos! We are very thankful Grace belongs to the TCC!

Here's Grace with two of her boys.
(She's still one of the best mommacats I've ever seen!)

Christmas Wishes

I have been thinking about what I would like Santa Paws to bring me. I wish many good things to be shared by all. I would like my family and your family to have good health and happiness. Also, that all the furries that still don't have a furever home would find a loving family to adopt. And of course it goes without saying that our wonderful world could have peace for all.

Sending love and warm withes this holidays season to you and your family.

My Holiday Wish

Happy Hanukkah and Merry Early Christmas efurrybody!

I know that you guys have a while to wait for Santa Claus to come, and when he comes it will rain deer and I hope none of the deer get hurt. And I hope Santa brings you whatever you wish for. But right now it's Hanukkah. Dat's when we celebrate that there was only enough oil for one night for the lamp but it lasted 8 nights when our ancestors had to clean the temple.

And we celebrate this by setting fire to a perfectly good Jewish candleholder called a menorah for 8 nights.

Since oil is a big part of the holiday, we also get to eat potato latkes (fried pancakes) and jelly doughnuts! For reals!

My holiday wish is that everyone has a happy and healthy holiday and of course that all the kitties and doggies and people without a forever home get a forever home.

And fish. I want lots of fish. And chicken and turkeys and stakes and also I would "luv" some new fuzzy tennis balls. (Ha, ya see what I did there? Tennis joke!)
And to watch Christmas movies with Mom.

This is me on da first night of Hanukkah last year.

I hasn't gotten any presents yet other than we had salmon for dinner last night and we're already on Day 4 of Chanukah but last year I got a really cool scratchy thing on the last day so I'm not worried.

Happy Holidays!

My wish...

My wish this year, is that all the places that keep kitties safe and help them find forever homes, always have enough.  Enough food for the kitties there, enough volunteers to help, enough v*e*t people to help when sick kitties need it, or to help so no kittens get borned that won't have a home. Enough people coming in the door with empty hands and leaving with a purring furball to fill them up.  And always, room for one more kitty who needs them.

I wish we could tell them how glad we are that they are there.

My Holiday Wish

First of all we want to wish everyone some mighty fine holidays.
All of us are so wishing for homes for all the kitties and doggies in shelters and also that all the feral kitties find someone to feed them and give them a roof over their heads.

Hope all have a very wonderful day.

My Holiday Wish

My holiday wish is simple yet hard to achieve

but I hope it will come true one day.

This is me the day after I had been adopted.

I was still very shy but it was lovely to be able

to sleep where I wanted in comfy places and have

a full tummy

I had never had toys of my own before

or be able to go outside and play

I hope one day all cats and kittens will have

warm and loving homes like me and my sister Hannah.

Moosey's Christmas Wish

Santa, is that you?
Dear Santa,

I have been a really good boy all year.  I know it is a lot to ask for, but my wish is for all homeless pet animals to find their very own forever homes, where they are safe and loved.  Homes like the one Sammy and I have here with our mommy and daddy.  And like the ones that all of our Tabby Cat Club pals have.

Maybe you could start with homes for some of the kittehs at PAWS, where Sammy and I were gotcha'd from, and where Mommy and Daddy volunteer?

Love and kisses to you and the reindeer,

Moosey

My Holiday Wish by Socks

I wish that every cat and dog has a loving home. I am especially purring for these two this week. Please join me in wishing they find a home for the Holidays.

Sally
 Sally Barked:
Hello my name is Sally. I am about 1 year old. I was in the gassing facility in southern Missouri and the people from the shelter pulled me out and took me to TASTC. They saved my life.  Please come to the shelter and see me today.

I am currently enrolled in the Healing Paws Program. When I graduate I will have my AKC CGC Diploma. I will know all of my commands, be housetrained and crate trained.

You can read more about her here.

And I know my fellow TABBIES will just love April.

April
April came to us from the local pound. She is a very affectionate kitty that will sit on your lap for hours. April is spayed, FeLV/FIV negative and up todate on vaccinations. Please contact Tanja at (276) 694-3598 or e-mail clovercatrescue@yahoo.com for an adoption application. You can read more about her here.

April & Sally are the DogTime Adoptable Pets of the Week.

Although when I asked for homeless cats & dogs to find loving homes please note I DID NOT MEAN MY HOME. ~Socks

Dear Sandy Paws

Dear Sandy Paws,

Its getting cold outside, so I know you will be visiting again soon.  I've been a very good girl this year and didn't sneak down into the laundry room once.  I also shared my sleeping spots with Mica Minnie Moo sometimes, so maybe I have been extra special good.

There's no particular reason to listen to the mom when she complains about how I will eat food one day and not the next.  If she says anything about my running in the opposite direction when she calls me at bed time, she's exaggerating.  I didn't run, it was more of a trot.  I know you know a kitty has to be a little independent.

I was really lucky this year and got to know many wonderful kitties.  I wish the lonely kitties and the ones without a home or foods could have a nice home, with plenty of treats and furriends to play with.  If you could do that, it would make my Christmas complete.  I have everything I need, so I would be very happy and purry if the homeless kitties could have a new home and a real loving holiday too, like me.

Julie promises not to drink all the milk we leave out for you this year and we all will try to leave some Beachside Crunch for you too.

Purrs, headbonks and Merry Christmas,

Oui Oui
Twinkletoe Tails

Happy Holidays to all!
May your holidays be bright and filled with love.

Abbi: My Holiday Wish

These black peeps are my friendlies, and I love them very, very much - especially my friend Livia who's on the right!  So, my holiday wish is the same as what we wrote about on our blog on the first night of Chanukah:  I wish un-furry people would look beyond color, as in black cats and dogs, so that every furry purrson would be loved and cherished.

Cody's Holiday Wish

My Holiday Wish by Raz

Hi efurryone!  Today's Tabby Cat Club event is "My Holiday Wish" and it's hosted by my pal Oui Oui.

This is easy for me!!!  Since I am newly adopted, my wish is that all the other kitties who need forever homes get them for Christmas!!!

Here is Heather.  She's staying with the same foster Mom that I was.  She is a sweetie and really would love a forever home for Christmas. You can see her adoption page HERE.

There are lots of other wonderful kitties being fostered by Space Coast Feline Network.  You can see more of them HERE.

I'm also wishing for good health for my Auntie El.  She'll be having a PET scan next Tuesday to determine how the chemo is doing.  Please keep her in your purrs and prayers.  She's Mom to Cousin Trooper and my Mom's best friend.

So....what is your Holiday Wish?
