Introducing...

Apisai Tuiloma Tabakece
August 9, 2010
11:36 p.m.
6 lbs. 14 oz.
20 inches long
He looks exactly like Saki did when he was born.

I felt soooo crappy during the c-section. You can see how huge my left arm is from the blood pressure cuff cutting off my circulation. They also laid me back way too far and my eyes felt like they were going to pop out of my head. They had me back so far that the anesthesia started going too high and I couldn't breathe. Luckily they had lots of people around to take care of me when everything seemed to be going wrong. Here is my first moment with Apisai.

Here they are weighing him. Funny that I carried him the longest out of all of my kids and he still weighed less than Kaveni.

This was the sweetest moment. Saki has been such a good helper with Apisai. I can already see the special bond that all of these three boys have together. It is amazing to watch how much they care for and try to protect each other.

The picture of Saki and Apisai brings me back to when my boys were little! I know you are tired and worn out most of the time, but try to enjoy those special moments when they love kissing and cuddling because those little boys grow up and sometimes forget how much they truly do love each other. BOYS rock and I hope you give me a chance to have them come and visit again so that you can get a break!

Oh, Congratulations! That is so exciting, especially to have 3 births done & over with! I so don't look forward to ever having another kid, especially you reminding me of that TERRIBLE blood pressure cuff! I think that part is actually worse than giving birth! Good luck with THREE, I hear that is the hardest number. I'm sure you'll be great, but I do want to see more updates than 2x/year!

I'm so sorry that your c-section was so awful. At least you got a beautiful baby! It's so crazy and scary going into surgery not having any control. I'm glad that there were lots of people around to help you during the surgery. Your boys are so adorable! I can't believe how much Kaveni has changed, just from his pic on your blog!
Our babies are only 3 days apart! I'm jealous that you got to touch your baby...my arms were strapped down during my c-section, which I thought was weird, cuz they weren't w/ my other 2. Blah. Blah for c-sections. Oh well. Sure hope you are feeling better! Can't believe how much hair Apisai has! So adorable!
