Trolls

This is why D has banned me from reading YouTube comment threads.

And after just one ten-hour long argument with people calling the late Elizabeth Edwards an unfeminine she-beast because she had the gall to express opinions distinct from those of her husband! I mean, wasn't that time well spent?

The problem is that it feels so icky to stand by while someone says something really unpalatable.  I also feel like a collaborator at worst and a bystander at best.  D reminds me that in some cases, attention is just a reward for bad behavior.  This caution doesn't change my reaction at all.
