Here is Chelsea and all her Minnesota girlfriends in matching pj's ( 2 girls made them for all of them) at their recent girls weekend reunion. Aren't they all so cute? I love these girls. I got to know them all when I would go visit in Maple Grove when she lived in Minnesota. They are all such nice girls and were so good to each other.

I remember when Chelsea had meningitis in the hospital, they took her kids and worked everything out amongst each other. It really helped Dana out so he could be in intensive care with her. It was so comforting to me to know they were helping. I got emails from a few of them telling me not to worry. I was going for a visit a few days later and already had my ticket. I could go on and on with stories of love and service.

They had this totally fun girls get away with crafts, lots of talking, sharing ideas, eating in and out, staying in their pj's for hours, etc. Chelsea said they had so much fun. Amy's parents have a house in Amelia Island, Georgia that they were able to use.They flew in Thursday and left Sunday night.

I am so glad she has such great friends and can keep that friendship alive. A few of them have moved from MN but hope they all can continue their tradition of future get-togethers.

She also has great college roommates that plan a similar reunion occasionally too.

Keeping in touch with friends is so worth it. When you get old like me, it means even more. I am still in touch with many friends from my past...as far back as kindergarten. Friends ROCK!
