JustRite Stamps: Musical Notes Label Twenty

HI everyone!

The November release from JustRite is so lovely and one of the sets being released is called Musical Notes (Label Twenty) which coordinates perfectly with the Spellbinder's Labels Twenty Nestabilities. This stamp set has so many lovely frames and beautiful sentiments - and I love the way they are designed are perfect for a vintage look or a modern twist! I used the Victorian Garden papers from Echo Park because of their beautiful notesheet and paired up the pastel colors with some black.

I created a little frame with the wonky nesties and then crimped and added some white chalk ink to distress it a little and then laid it over a vellum paper. I used the musical note sheet as a diagonal element in the card and then stamped the sentiment: "Music washes awayf rom my soul the dust of everyday life" (I LOVE that!!!)

The sentiment was stamped in black over a green stamped frame and then I cut it out and paired it with some DP and black paper that I crimped. I added a chipboard musical note from Maya Road and distressed it a bit and finished it with some stickles and a little bow :) I love how this turned out - and that sentiment is so inspiring! I can't tell you how many times I have come home from a long day at work and just turned up the music! It's amazing how quickly my mood changes and I get charged up again! While I was making this card, I was listening to all of my favorite 90's songs - it was so much fun to make this card and use this beautiful stamp set!
Card Ingredients:
Paper: Echo Park (Victorian Garden)
Stamps: Musical Notes Label Twenty from JustRite Stampers
INks: Bamboo Leaves from Memento and Tuxedo Black
Accessories: big bling from Want2Scrap, liquid pearls, musical note chipboard from MayaRoad, ribbon, EK success scallop punch, vellum paper, nesties.

JustRite Stamps: Autumn Words

Hi Everyone,

Today over at the JustRite Stamps blog, we are previewing a new clear stamp set that is perfect for this gorgeous autumnal season called: Autumn Words - ohmyword - talk about the yummiest font ever! I love the feel of the fonts in this set and especially fell in love with the gorgeous leaves. On a sidenote (hope you don't mind), I have a thing for fall leaves - I remember growing up on the east coast and just locing breathing in the fall colors, crunching the leaves as I walked to school and collecting bouquets of fall leaves to give to my mother. That is one thing that miss about living in the east coast - the gorgeous fall display of gorgeousness.... sigh... and the sweetest thing is that my BFF from grade school sends me a package every fall with some fall leaves from the neighborhood - isn't that the sweetest?! This year, I am going to try to make fall bouquets with my kids and wanted to try the same thing with this gorgeous stamp set! I stamped the different leaves in different inks and then cut them out and layered them together into a fall bouquet :) with a litle button of twine to the center. I created a little circle scalloped frame and then stamped the words "Give and Thanks" together for this awesome sentiment and attached some ribbons to the ends of the sentiment.
Here is another view of the dimensions to the card - I love inking these gorgeous leaves in the fall color scheme and then curled them to create a waviness to the bouquet:

I love using my scrap pieces of paper (confession: I am feeling like my scrap pile is getting bigger - ack!) and I love it when I save pieces of paper and then I can use it later on! I love this season and can't wait to see what all these amazing designers have created with this gorgeous new stamp set: Autumn Words !! Please check them out here!

CL-02190 ShabbyChicLabelsFour-qrcode_330233 (2)QR codes are popping up everywhere and you may have wondered what they were. What is a QR (Quick Response Code)? QR codes are pixelated squares that you can scan with a smart phone app. Scannning the QR code with your phone will bring you directly to a website or landing page.  The JustRite QR Codes  on the packaging and in JustRites Catalog will link a stamp set to JustRite's Design Gallery for that set.  Now you can scan the code with your phone to see what your favorite designers have created with a set before you purchase the set in your favorite store.  You can use your smartphone to access the design gallery for your stamp set from your craft room when you are ready to use your set or from our mini flyers or catalogs when you are sitting in a car waiting to pick up your child from a sporting event!!

The winner will be announced on the JustRite Blog on Monday October 3rd during the release post.  Good luck to everyone!

Today over at the JustRite blog, we are hopping with previews of the October JustRite release and today the design team are previewing some sweet new stamps and I am excited to be able to show this one that I created using the sweet set: Grandma's Doilies which is a 3 1/4" JustRite Original stamp set that also coordinates with the large scalloped circle Spellbinder's dies - and have the coolest shapes and designs on them! I love how all the shapes fit with each other and it is so much fun to create patterns that overlap and coordinate with each other :)

I stamped three of the smaller circle with the different color inks and then cut out the centers and popped them ontop of each other. Using some bling I covered the circles around the smaller circles and then sponged the edges. I stamped the larger doily in green and cut it out and then cut out the center with my circle nesties and then layered up the card using some fall papers from my stash and then covered the edges with some ribbon and some corner buttons. I left the card sentiment-less (Gasp! ;) but sometimes I realize I need a blank card for whatever occasion might pop up and I realize that I might need to make some more any occasion card. I love how this card came out - it was so much fun to make and bling out :)

Card Ingredients:
Paper: Fall paper stash and Bazzill cardstock
Stamps: Grandma's Doilies 3 1/4" stamper from JustRite Stampers
Inks: Memento Bamboo leaves, Rich Cocoa, Tangelo, Cantaloupe and Berrylicious from Chalk Ink
Accessories: Buttons from stash, American craft ribbon, dimensionals, liquid pearls, Want2Scrap pearls

I love these fun doilies and I couldn't stop playing with these fun shapes! I can't wait to see what the sweet ladies from the Design Team have created with all of the stamp sets that are part of this awesome October release!

JustRite Stamps: October Release: Day 1

Hi Everyone,

Today starts the JustRite October Release celebration and we are kicking it off with an awesome autumanl celebration with the beautiful Autumn Labels Twenty-Two stamps that coordinated perfectly with the Spellbinders Labels Twenty-Two nestabilities:

I love it when stamps coordinate perfectly with my nesties - it makes it so easy to stamp and then die cut effortlesly - no more trying to fit the sentiment into a space! I love the sweet sentiments in this stamp set - especially the beautiful frames with lovely autumnal sentiments in the frame - I thought it would be fun to create little mini centerpieces at each person's table at Thanksgiving with one of these frames as a tag around a paper pumpkin. When I walked into our local scrapbooking store and saw these cute pumpkins by the register that my friend Michelle (who is also the owner of our store) made, I knew I wanted to make one just like her! I used some strips of MME paper and attached the label with some twine to the stalk of the pumpkin:

Here is a view from the top - I created some vines and the leaves from the Tattered Leaves from Tim Holtz and then sponged the edges to give them a fall feel - I love all those gorgeous sentiments on the tag - so autumnal and perfect!

I had so much fun making this cute little pumpkin and using this gorgeous stamp set - I can't wait to check out all the amazing samples that the design team has created with this beautiful stamp set and coordinating labels from Spellbinders!

JustRite stamps: Be Strong!

Hi Everyone,

There is a beautiful stamp set that JustRite has come out with, which to me is an amazing set - it is called Be Strong and is filled with sentiments and images to inspire, give hope and strength for anyone battling a chronic illness - or for someone who needs a lift. This stamp set also has different ribbon sizes and I choose to paper piece my ribbon and chose pink to support one of my friends who is overcoming breast cancer. I usually love colors - but somehow, I tried to go soft on this card - and also to go CAS (or try to go CAS - this is the hardest technique for me!). I do love how this card turned out - it feels so lovely and sweet - just like my friend.

Card Ingredients:
Stamps: Be Strong from JustRite Stamps
Paper: scraps and cardstock from PTI
Inks: Memento Rich Cocoa and Rose Red ink
Accessories: Swiss dot embossing folder, Oval nesties (beaded), butterfly from MS, ribbon from stash, scallop punch from EK success, dimensionals and chunky glitter.

I stamped the frame and then cut it out with my oval nestie (love how all the stamps work with my nesties!) and then cut out the sentiment with a smaller oval and popped it up over the frame. I popped this frame up over the beaded ovals and covered them with glitter - and added some glitter to the scallops and some bling to the center of the butterflies - and embossed the bottom of the card with some sponging for texture.

There are some cards that you just love making - and this was one of those cards - the sentiments in the Be Strong stamp set are so sweet and so lovely and fit into all the gorgeous frames so perfectly - please check out the whole stamp set (here) at the JustRite stamps store!

Thank you so much for stopping by!
Be Strong!
Big hugs,
Sankari :)

For today's project - I used the sweet stamp set: You are the Best Stamp set- to create this card for our son's teacher. As the school year starts to end - the amount of graduation parties and graduation celebrations are stacking up - and I am so glad I have a chance to create a sweet thank you card for our son's wonderful teacher. She is just a ray of sunshine and I wanted to create a bright and cheery card for her and love that this stamp set comes with so many different stamps that you can use with the "World's Best" sentiment - including "teacher".

I paper pieced the flower and layered them up with glitter on the large one, and a button with twine in the middle of the second one. I added the sentiment "world's best" onto a button after punching it out and layered it onto the ribbon and added some tags coming out of the ribbon with the sentiment: "teacher" in the middle one:

Card Ingredients:
Stamps: JustRite: You are the Best stamp set
Paper: Cosmo cricket and Bazzil
Inks: Memento Tuxedo Black
Accessories: EK success border punches, liquid pearls, dimensionals, glitter, button from BG, twine and bling - ribbon from stash.

JustRite Stamps Introducing: Faith stamp set

Hi Everyone,

Today over at the JustRite Inspiration blog - we are introducing the beautiful and elegant cling stamp set from JustRite stamps called: Faith. This stamp set is full of gorgeous sentiments and frames filled with such beautiful sentiments that inspire faith and hope. These stamp sets come in a sheet of cling rubber that is quick and easy to trim and can be positioned in so many different ways.

Today - my project is a little present that I made for my mother - I think my mom is one of the most strongest women that I know and this last week she has had to take care of my dad who had to be admitted to the hospital (everything is now okay).  My mom always takes care of everyone - and I wanted to make something special for her after everything that she has done this week..... I created this little faith giftset - by decorating a small notebook and then adorning the sentiment with some liquid pearls.

Here is a closer image of the notebook: This notebook is about 4 x4 and I used the gorgeous sentiment: "Each new day is a blessing". I thought that I would create this notebook and write in some beautiful prayers that she she can read everyday whenever she needs a boost. I finished it off with some Primas and some liquid pears.

Here is a closer picture of the card - I tried to keep the designs similar between the notebook and the card. For the card, I chose the sentiment: "Faith makes all things possible." This last week has been full of prayers and emails from friends and families who have all kept my father in their prayers - thank you - so happy that my father is back home! yay! I have another card for him - but wanted to make sure that my mother was also nourished and taken care of - and so I really loved making this giftset.
I love how simple the elements are in this card and love how easily they all came together - the sentiments just spoke to my heart and I can't wait to see my mother's face when I give this to her! :)

Please check out what some of the JustRite design team members have created with this gorgeous stamp set:

JustRite Blog Hop with Stampers Dream Team!

Hi Everyone,

Happy Spring! I can't even tell you how lovely its been to feel some warmer weather slowly arriving - it feels like there is hope that the memories of snow will soon be a distant one! Today - I am so excited to be part of the JustRite Blog Hop with the Stamper's Dream Team - what an amazing group of ladies! Today - we are all hopping along using the newly released March JustRite Stamps!

For my project today - I used both a newly released Cling and Ribbed stamp set and combined the two - I love how all the stamps can be interchanged. I stamped the lovely frame from the Elegant Frames onto the DP and then cut it out with my oval nesties and sponged and liquid pearled the edges. For the center of the frame, I used the sentiment: "Heart to Heart" from the ribbed stamp set from the Heart to Heart Borders and Centers (Interlocking) stamp set. The sentiment was stamped and cut out and adhered to the center of the frame.

Card Ingredients:
Stamps: The sentiment is from the ribbed Heart to Heart Borders and Centers Interlocking stamp set and the frame is from the cling Elegant Frames stamp set.
Paper: Prima DP, black cardstock from Bazzill
Inks: Memento Tuxedo Black and Bahama Blue
Accessories: ribbon from stash, EK success edger punch, corner chomper, butterfly punch from MS, bling from Kaiser, Liquid pearls and dimensionals.

I cut out one of the lovely butterflies from the DP and added another one that was punched out as well as a heart that I cut out. The borders were added by creating a ruffled ribbon look to one of the sides and an edger punch to the other :) It was fun to create this card - because I had no idea what exactly I was going to do when I sat down - I knew that I wanted to make a card with the beautiful sentiment: Heart to Heart. Love when you like the card that you made after you make it :)

And it wouldn't be a Fabu Blog Hop without some fabu prizes - well how about 3 wonderful prizes: Along the hop we have 3 great blog candy prizes hidden!! No one knows where the blog candy is !  For your chance to win one of these three prizes simply leave a comment on each blog.  Blog comments will remainn open until 8 pm CST - Tuesday March 22nd.  The 3 winners will be announced on the Stamper's Dream Blog and the JustRite Blog on Wednesday March 23rd.   Here is what you have a chance to win 4 JustRite Stamps sets of your Choice,
