Hi everyone, it's Linda here, I'd just like to thank you for your lovely comments, and introduce myself!
As well as being mum to Maggie and Hamish, I'm also mum to Holly(11)and Jamie(2)and work part-time in a museum and art gallery. I've always been artistic, but since having kids it's taken a bit of a back seat. Thanks to Tracy and Karen I'm doodling again and loving it.
I have had fun creating Hamish, Maggie and Angus the dog, and can't wait to see how you use the designs in your craftwork.
Karen is doing a great thing with the Sugar Nellie stamps, it is a real opportunity for designers like me. I'm glad you like them, and am proud to be putting a little bit of Scotland out there into the crafting world, with Hamish in his kilt!
The word 'loon' has fond memories for me as my family are originally from the North East of Scotland. My Papa would always call my little brother 'an awfa loon'.
Thanks again for allowing me to share my doodles with you - there will be more designs for Maggie and Hamish in the New Year!
