Deconstructed Sketch #107

Hello there! It's been about a week since I've blogged, lots going on! Family visiting, work, school, eating, sleeping, reading, it all gets in the way of what's IMPORtANT: Stamping!! If only there were more hours in the day:)

This week, I'm the guest sketch designer for the Deconstructed Sketch challenge! Jen has been a busy girl moving so asked for a couple helpers, and you know how I love to make sketches! Here's my sketch for this week, hope you can play along!

Deconstructed Sketch #105

Quickie post for this week's new Deconstructed Sketch #105

Jen is moving into a new home so Sheri came up with this fantastic sketch!

I've had a lot of blue and green on my blog lately, so I figured I'd better change it up:) I pulled out "I Like You" from Reverse Confetti for this card. I cut out an oval and stamped the "i like you" and then some little hearts in pink and red. I also stamped "kisses & hugs" on a small tag and attached it to the bow.

I created my own little background with the heart stamp by stamping it repeatedly, and then added some red pearls.

Viva la Verve! June Week 2

Hello! I'm hear on this lovely Sunday with a card to share with Maureen's sketch for this week's Viva la Verve challenge!

The sentiment is the Praying for You Plain Jane and the scalloped frame is die cut with the Rounded Scalloped Frame die. Papers are from MME "Be Amazing" and that fabulous ribbon is the wrinkled crepe ribbon from the Black Beauty collection offered by Verve.

June Reverse Confetti Blog Hop!

Hello June and Hello Reverse Confetti Fans! It’s the 8th of the month and that means it’s time for a creative Blog Hop from Reverse Confetti. Deconstructed Sketch #104 ~ Faith Can Move Mountains

Hello! I'm here today with a sample for the Newest Deconstructed Sketch!

Another fabulous sketch!

I used some new stamps from Verve for this card. The loopy frame is from On Occasion and was cut out with the matching Occasion Frame die. I stamped the frame in kraft ink after I cut the frame out. The flower is from Let it Be and is the smaller of the two blooms. 

On the kraft card base, around the edges, you can see where I stamped the long loopy border from On Occasion in kraft ink.

This World is a Canvas-Tuesday Trigger

I made this card for this week's Tuesday Trigger and am just now blogging it! Nothing like getting in under the wire, I believe the cut off to submit is midnight! As soon as I saw this fabulous trigger, I new I wanted to play with Peacock Pretties from Reverse Confetti!

Don't you love that piece? Gorgeous! 

Here's my take on this inspiration piece using Peacock Pretties

I knew I wanted to emboss the feather in white on soft grey cardstock, and then I cut it out. I really love how it turned out, soft but striking! 

The sentiment is also from Peacock Pretties.
