Sugar Pea Mix It Up Challenge #58

I'm sneaking in a last minute entry for the current Sugar Pea Mix It Up Challenge.  My project includes both the color and sketch prompt for this month's challenge.  My card features the adorable Great Catch set and the Treescapes die cut.

 This set is perfect for masculine birthdays or any occasion!  The image was colored with Copic Markers and die cut then sponged with Memento inks.  It was layered onto a die cut then coordinating color paper and Tree Scapes die.

Power Poppy Creative Confetti Challenge - Let's Get Krafty!

I love stamping and coloring on kraft card stock!  I had to join the Power Poppy Creative Confetti challenge prompt to color on kraft this month.

I printed an image from Power Poppy's Seasons Seatings digital set onto Stampin' Up! Crumb Cake card stock.  The image was colored with Prismacolor pencils.  The sentiment is from Verve Stamps.  I've kept it clean and simple for mailing.  This will join my stack of Thanksgiving cards going to family and friends.

Art Impressions Challenge #262 Gotta Gingham!

I'm joining the current Art Impressions challenge to use gingham.  My card features the adorable Udderly Fantastic set from Art Impressions.  

The image was colored with Copic Markers and layered onto designer papers from Echo Park Homegrown paper pad.  The sentiment was die cut with MFT Say What die-namic.

Art Impressions Challenge #262 - Coffee Cards

I'm joining the current Art Impressions Challenge - Coffee Cards with their adorable Spring Chicken set.  Art Impressions has so many fun coffee themed sets.  It was hard to pick a set for this week's challenge.  

The chicken image was colored with Copic Markers and fussy cut.  Designer papers from Simple Stories Homespun paper pad was layered onto a Honeycomb emboss from Stampin' Up!  It reminded me of chicken wire.  The fence and grass dies are from Sweet 'n Sassy stamps.

Mo's Digital Pencil Challenge #282 - Pets/Animals

I'm joining the current challenge at Mo's Digital Pencil Challenge blog where the August theme is Pets/Animals.  I finally colored this sweet image recently while out camping and enjoying the Alaska Summer!  She fits perfectly with the challenge theme with her little pup in tow.

Mo's image is called Mara and I colored with Copic Markers then die cut the panel.  While still in the die, I sponged the background with Memento Danube blue ink.

I've layered the image onto various scrap papers.  The designer paper is Ms. Sparkle & Co. from Jo-Ann Stores.  I couldn't resist adding the leafy dies from Verve and finally a little baker twine bow.  The card design was inspired by the current sketch at Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2.

I'm joining the current challenge at Di's Digi Design with a fun birthday card featuring things with a tail.  My card features a digital image from Di's Design called Kittys Post.  The image was colored with Copic markers and shading with charcoal pencil.

The main image panel was printed then die cut and layered onto designer papers.  The birthday sentiment die is from Memory Box.

Power Poppy Creative Confetti: It's a Free For All

I'm sharing with the August Free For All challenge at Power Poppy tonight featuring Ruffled Wild Orchids Digital Set.

I started by printing the digital image onto watercolor paper.  The image was colored with Tombow markers and blended.  Distress ink was splattered for the background, ribbon and pearls finish the card.
