My new obsession

I so very patiently waited until I finished the Ripple before beginning this new project - which Ollie refers to as his blanket. Apparently he thinks it'll be perfect for when he's snuggled on my lap for our nightly before-bed story. I've made (and joined) 18 hexies so far, so they are coming along very quickly. Not looking forward to those ends, though!

I'm doing multi-coloured granny squares at the moment and avoiding sewing in the ends too. I've never tried hexagons. They look lovely.

I still haven't tucked in all the ends from the baby blanket I crocheted - better get onto it as I have to deliver it soon...so tedious though. I love the look of this one.

Word verification: mangla ... didn't know they'd seen my crochet?!

I am seriously drooling right now. Fabulous colour combination and I love that you are doing hexies.

They look gorgeous, but then you went and mentioned those end bits (I'm not good with tidying up after myself)...
