ngeh!

went to ccab in the morning yesterday to play soccer with a load of cool people. its part of our "ACTIVE LIFESTYLE" programme =D henry ian lin ian cheong neh neh nail and XIDE. xide is "useless low"! cannot do anything one. hahaha. wa. i got tired so fast man. i think i'm getting phat after the lack of 2.4. then ian lin gave xide his camera to go take pictures of...birds. ya. he sucks at using the camera. he is really USELESS LOW =P

then the vending machine ran out of 100 plus k. ahh. lack of isotonic drink after excessive sweating is bad. i had to settle for sprite ice. bad idea. all the gas in it killed me. then we went to food haven to eat. there was this mgs track girl there. she looked quite cool. oh ya. neh neh is a very interesting person. and xide has very good logic

"i'll pick food over girls anytime" - neh neh nail
"i'll pick girls over food. girls can give you food but food can't give you girls" - xide

hahahaha. dumb useless low.

then went to niche's house to do LA(B) project. then played real life capture the flag with all their model weapons. never liked all this stuff where who kills who is questionable. in the end i just ran around shooting around every corner with a P-90 and an MP-5 one in each hand. how fun.

had some BGR talk in church today. it was rather interesting. ngeh

got school tomorrow. don't like

...And when I wake you're never there
And when I sleep you're everywhere
Just tell me how I got this far...

hmm. what a fun week.

i finally finished most of my overdue work. but the worst part is that i have LA oral commentary next wednesday and POD oral presentation next week. never been good going up and talking about something you don't really like. and we (ian lin and i) were really dumb (mostly my fault) by choosing a strange topic for our POD oral presentation. "Do aeroplanes really fly?". There's nothing really philosophical about it, so it might be a bit hard to stay on topic and be relevant to POD. well, actually, since in the IB hexagon, POD/TOK is in the centre of the six subject strands, we can just talk about how the thing really flies (in the physics sense), and spam stuff about bernoulli's principle or smth...that i have no problem. but...argh. anyone else doing this or any POD teacher reading this, can give me at least an idea on how this might be relavent to philosophy in any way >.<

oh well. maybe thats why i never liked subjects with no definite answers (eg. literature).

yesterday, went out with the sec 2 ncc guys to bukit timah nature reserve/HSBC tree top walk for some orienteering run. the coolest part was when we started, and it began to rain very heavily, and all of us were just running through this mudpath through some jungle and the heavy rain was just soaking us through and water was splashing everywhere as we ran. hope none of them are sick though. yesterday was the sec 4's last day in NCC. how time flies. i remember the days in sec2/3 when the few of us were so enthu about everything, signing up for this and that and all...and only faced the reality of it all at the end of it..though it has been rather enriching, i don't think i'll come back as a cadet lieutenant. kinda tired of it all already.

got 52cm for sit and reach. thats another A. so if nothing goes wrong with the tabulating of the marks, i'll get full marks for NAPFA for the first time =D only thing i'm remotely disappointed with was my 2.4. i was very sure i could make a sub-10 timing this year. oh well. there's always next year =)

our ruggers lost the finals match. hope they don't take it too hard...they played rather well. go neh neh!

DRONG was talking about how the foreign scholars in our schools might be future ministers, scientists, entrepreneurs bla bla in their own countries on friday assembly.
"some may be kings right?" - me, turning to wesley"
"yep. just like me" - Wesley, king of the garbage can

some time later during assembly,
"i will be responsible for all your garbage"- Wesley

before LA(B) where we were going to the LT to watch movie, we met win hon.
"where are you all going?" - win hon
"going to watch movie. at the LT" - me
"oh. can i come and watch too?" - win hon
"of course" - me
"but i have a lesson now" - win hon
"nevermind! the movie is only one second" - darren chew
"one second? vely good! i can watch" - win hon

hoho. goodbye.

'cause you're everywhere to me...and when I close my eyes its you I see

"i'm going to slay you" - Wesley, self proclaimed king of the garbage can, to me, after win hon caught him throwing a pen at me =P

then during recess

"i'm going to slay you twice" - Wesley to me, after me and ian lin bonked him on the head with a tuna pie and a hamburger respectively.
"what about him" - me, referring to ian lin
"i'm going to slay him too. but you're first in line" - king of the garbage can
"do i get a headstart?" - me
"yes. one minute headstart. your time starts now" - Wesley

lol. what a fascinating person

man. i have nothing to blog about. so i shall talk abt the napfa test =D

napfa test has been very good so far =D

10min10sec for 2.4
252cm for broad jump
80 sit ups in 60sec
9.0s for shuttle run
8 chin ups in 30 sec
all A so far =D

only got sit and reach left...oh well.

on friday, something interesting happened. darren chew was absent, so IAN CHEONG came and sat next to me. then during A math, he started bombarding xide with all kinds of stuff, from paper balls to pens. then one pen finally hit xide. in front of win hon, xide threw the pen at ian cheong, it hit his head and arced all the way across the class...win hon told xide to get out of class to 'meditate'. hahahahaha. dumb xide

talking about xide, when we were doing sit ups for napfa, i was doing with wesley, holding his legs down. i just did 80 before him, so he wanted to do something like that too. when the whistle was blown, he started doing it so fast that his arms and hair were all flailing around, and without his specs, he looked very retarded, so xide and i started laughing. then soon after, wesley started laughing while doing sit ups too...then he couldn't do any more after 56..he started complaining about the both of us after that...lol

yay no school tomorrow. so can sleeeep late =D

today was a fun day...we had PE in the morning (which most of us did not bring cuz we thought IB colloquium took the whole day(well actually i brought but for the first time in my sec sch life i decided that i din want to go for PE cuz i din want to get sweaty in the CPA later, and also a lot of other ppl never bring)). yep. then we had IB colloquium. which basically involved many people sitting there talking about stuff. yeah.

ah. after school is where the fun begins. we had ncc, and i went with IAN and the part Bs to bukit timah nature reserve. I thought we were using the concrete path at first, and that should have been rather easy. but ACTUALLY, we used some weird path in the jungle. it was quite fun. We also saw a lot of monkeys. i think ian lin looks like a monkey too. eh i can't believe theres no vending machine at the visitor centre there k. oh yes. i did not have any berms and did not want to use my PE shorts for the hike. so i went to take a pair of berms from the NCC room. wa. that one was so big..and the side button broke off. so i had to borrow safety pins to make it...wearable again...

wa. then for dinner, i went with ian to macs and swensens. I had a double cheeseburger, tempura chicken burger, some fried mushroom thing and some cool ice cream with 2 american flags on a cherry in it, all for just $4.40! Go figure.

oh ya...at swensens

"hey! i have 2 pieces of tissue!" - ian
"one for the fork, one for the spoon..." - ian
"...and one for the retard that lives on the moon" - me

=D

wad a cool poem. goodnight

oh no! i forgot to take out my american flags. its still in my uniform pocket..aaa
