You know it's Spring in Flagstaff when:
* you see the prairie dogs out standing in their fields.
* the wind starts blowing and doesn't stop until July.
* you start and end your day in a coat, but it's t-shirt weather during the day.
* you can smell the lovely odors from the Purina plant.
* there are flowers blooming next to piles of dirty snow.
Aah, Spring . . . I love this time of year.

We are also experiencing coat/t-shirt/coat weather here. I had to laugh about the dog food plant. We used to live in Ogden where we'd regularly smell that lovely aroma. It brought back memories (stinky ones).
you make me miss it soooo much! (exept the wind and the dog food!)
