Yep it is a snake

Zyzanna was right in the last post. It is a snake. A fun, cute, soft and colorful snake. He looks a bit crazy but he is kind, I promise. I even went out of my comfort zone (no safety eyes!) to make him suitable for children. No parts that can come of, fun colors and crazy eyes.

I hope you have a great weekend! Here it is so dark, so gray and so rainy. Waiting for that snow to come back!

Australian bears

These guys took a while to finish. Eight bears on their way (hopefully already arrived) to Australia. I'm running out of the mustard colored yarn so there will not be many bears made in the same color.

A month of craft photos: 12-14

Many days to catch up on!

12. A crafty gift
Kind of hard to take photos of things that I have given to someone so I have to show you an old photo. I made a couple of angry birds to my nieces last Christmas.

13. Inspiration indoors
Not sure if it is really inspirational but they are so pretty! Our old windows! We live in an old house with some pretty details like our bedroom windows.

14. Where I craft
On our sofa, most of the time.

A month of craft photos: 03. An old FO

I understand  FO as finished object. Since I sell most of the things I make these pictures are old. This is one of my all time favorite custom orders. A sarcastic skunk with earrings! It is so fun with challenging ideas that customers have. It gets me to make things that I probably never would come up with myself!

Gina the Giraffe

Well this is Gina. She has been lying in box with only a head and a body for over a year now! Finally found the inspiration to give her legs, arms, ears and details. All her spots are hand sewn and glued so it was a lot of work with her! And she is pretty big too! 40cm tall while standing!
Gina is available here!

Yet another bunny

Another bunny that I've made. The special thing with this one is that she is made completely for yarn bought at flea markets. Same as Gerard. a bit more eco friendly than buying new yarn. You can often find good and cheap yarn at flea markets. Even though I have a lot of yarn I always buy when I find cheap.

Here she is. Alissa. Available here.
Have a great weekend!

Say hello to Gerard

This is Gerard, the French polar bear! With a beret of course. He lives in Paris and loves baguettes and french fries!
During the weekend we got the keys to our house and have started with all the moving and cleaning. Takes a lot of my time right now. I've also been working on a few easter themes patterns that I will share with you on the blog. Can't promise when but soon!

Egon the Dragon

I have a lot of yarn. Too much yarn in fact. I made Egon to try to get rid of some of that yarn... There will probably be quite a fem more dragons in the future since I have a lot of this green yarn left.
Right now I have a loft where I have my craft room and most of my yarn. Unfortunately when we move I wont have a separate room for all my things. Right now I have most of my yarn on a shelf sorted by color. It looks so pretty and I always feel so creative when looking at all the colors. It is tidy up there right now so I will do a photo shoot to show you my lovely loft.

Egon is available here.
