I found this message board at a thrift store for $1.00.  I did a touch-up of blackboard paint on the bottom and glued wine corks on the top. Quick and easy, with no skills required.

Fits on the little wall space by the laundry door.

Mountain Tennis

Tennis is our favorite game.

 We have two courts at Smoky Mountain Country Club.

 The view is great.

The courts are close to the pool and exercise room.

If you play early in the morning you can see 

the fog roll over the mountains.

We like to play several times a week.

 There are always players that meet at the courts. 

Friends come and go throughout the summer and fall,

 but we usually can get two courts going with whoever is here.
