it's so hard to find a day for sentosa!haha, but i think we found one. (:

yesterday was band.

ahh warm weather makes me super sleepy and frustrated and feel like going swimming.

hello i decided to blog!cos i'm still waiting for the maths mood to come to get started on studying.

eldora goh sent me photos!before i finished my one episode of drama and was about to go off to study..
i'm watching coffee prince btw, can say i've been watching it since last year dec or this year jan i can't remember.

back to cedar for band yesterday.
yaju took wrong bus and thought she overshot, then when she took a bus back she took wrong bus again and arrived back at her house. hahaha!
until i told her what bus to take then she reached.

i was sitting at the bus stop waiting for yaju..
the door of bus 853 opened and we were staring at each other and like 'aye!'.
they looked lost.

after eating, i still can finish up kiat's one big piece of fish.
omg never exercise somemore.. must have gained 5kg this holidays.

i was doing kns maths - recurrence relations - halfway when i decided to bloghop awhile.

kawaii family steamboat & sleepover.as usual, we were all late for meeting at hougang mall.
then when eldora arrived, she wanted to makan.
so we ate at yakun.
only seokhan, el and i were there.. the others were meeting us later.
grace came soon after we finished.
then was off to ntuc to buy steamboat ingredients..
ya so it was seokhan and grace choosing, they're the pros in the market. hahaha.
[until in the kitchen seok realised that el and i are both f&n students but ain't excelling well in the kitchen area. LOL]
see see, i told you they're pro! :D
seok and i were counting the no. of meatballs in each packet to buy..
then we found out that the packet seok was counting had 15 while the rest had 14!
HAHA so of course buy lah :D
huiching came to join us.. she's another pro. HAHA.
ya we spent $50 on all the food.. share the cost between 6 people.
and we saved ourselves half the cost of eating out! (:
just that got additional trouble of clearing up all that..

LOL i scared la. so i went back to the bed.

after saying a few sentences all of us went back to sleep again. aha.

band was at 10 today and i woke up at 9.30am.
and you know i take like 1 hour +++ to reach ...
argh so i reached at like 11.40.. half the prac gone. -.-
but anyway, i finally took leave.
i was told to take since last year start of year.
well there's still something called respect.
i do respect her, even though sometimes... ya.
maybe that was why i didn't want to lie to her.
yeah 4 months of leave. and giving press start concert a miss.
make me not regret it like last year's main band symphonic sounds.
cos that was like... i sacrificed it for promos but ya. no difference. -.-
what's the net gain? nothing, got net loss though. X:

went to watch beautiful sunday today by sparkswinds.
okay i got damn impressed by the percussion section.
like, everything was neat and tidy and just very pleasing to the ear?
the pulse was there.. all in place. i like. (:
overall it was a unique concert, with dancing girls. hahaha.
just that i found some songs weird? 0.o
after that was ps with yaju, siying, lingmei and choy.
yamaha-ed for some time.
okay i got even more tempted to get the electronic drumset. HAHA.

if not i think i can get my father to buy since it's for me and my bro's use. xD
then ate dinner at mos burger.
yuck i got pissed with the people there.
cos all of them didnt want to leave their seats.
especially this uncle right in front of us who didnt want to move and purposely drank his drink superrrr slowly. wtf.
we got our squeezy seat anyhow.
was chungcheng concert after that.
the alumni band sounded good.
tsk tsk siying they all were busy looking out for my bro. ahaha.
funny la he, point wrong directions. HAHA i laughed at him when he came home.
didn't eat my fav char kway teow at lau pasar since we weren't really hungry.
what a concerty weekend.
i suddenly forgot i had a proposal to do by tonight, but finished it already la.

indiana jones songs are like freaking nice.
partly because i thought the orchestra sounds damn nice.
nice trumpet sound. nice horn sound. nice orchestra sound! :D
i like to listen to nice trumpet and horn sounds, make me feel good. hahaha.
yay i'm loving the orchestra sound more and moreee.
HAHA.
i shall see if i want to study before i sleep later.
since i like had fun at concerts and band for the past few days since thursday.

then stayover at el's house. got dog, LOL protect me!

hello.i'm falling asleep anytime typing this..
since i think i will lose the feel to blog this after tmr, i shall try to blog it now.
back from nj concert.
went with ruixian.
i thought it was quite a good one. (:
somehow it brought back memories from our sec 2 days..
princess mononoke when we played for macritchie performance.
haha i still remember when i first saw the title i was like, what princess mono-noke. it's mo-no-no-keh or something like that by the way..
somehow slide whistle will always make me remember our disney fantasy for concert in 2004. the one and ONLY band concert i had in cedar, and it was with all performing arts groups.
maybe cos it's the first time we see and use such cute things?
lol, sec 2 suaku ma..
anyway,
cheryl's trumpet solo was niceee for mononoke!
and carmen's sexy solo for an american in paris! [just like how she used to play sexily for yiddish. hahaha]
and somehow this reminded me of our no-more-news alumni band..
we discussed about stuff and got damn excited over them many times, but no actions were taken i guess.
i'm still wondering why..
one small part may be that there's no upcoming concert? zzz, for yearssssss already..
another would be that how many people are going to really commit even though they agreed and liked the idea of alumni band?
sigh, okay i can't do anything about it can i?
bah random thoughts.
i just dont like to wait, cos it's like the fear of not being able to do something you want to do any moment..

i shall make a summary of eldora's january - march 2005 blog archive.1. i was mentioned in most of her posts. and i was her tutor in blogging!
2. we complained about jogging sessions.
3. the 2 of us [when we were table partners] used to have fun drawing during chem lessons.. mandarin oranges somemore?!
4. there was one post mentioning mrs serene ng. it feels so weird to come across her name when she's no longer around.. like who'd expect such things to happen after a few years?
5. we had fun preparing for oac item.. i learnt how to spin a pole from wushu pro!
6. had post-oac symptons.
7. we love to tease grace :D
8. i was emoing too much after 2005's syf that she had to ask me to laugh and not be so quiet. band members emo-ed for days/week(s).. but it certainly left a deep impression.
9. post-sports day outing with kawaii family! siao, camwhored for 1 hour in wisma.. xD
10. siying and i bought a coin bank for eldora's birthday present. hahaha wow i don't even remember anything!

not bad ah, we collated all the sizes from everyone and everything within one day. wow.

met choy on the bus to aljunied mrt.
then most of us met along the mrt stations for green line.
or rather the rest waited for us at aljunied.
wanted to eat at asian kitchen.
after 'rejecting' the city link branch we walked to the marina square branch.
THEN i think the marina square branch err closed down?
so changed to swensens. ha.
chicken baked rice! i love cheesy things, hahaha :D

violin concerto was nice eh.
the violinist was awesome! a wow-ing experience..
symphony no. 7 i like! hehe..

after lunch i got freaking sleepy..

fell asleep in the evening.

studied from about 1 to 6am.
it's been some quite long since i studied till morning. haha.
