-All sales are final. Serious buyers only, no back out. If you wish not to continue purchase the particular item, please do send me an email within 24 hours to cancel the order.

-Items available are brand-new unless stated otherwise

- Items may be reserved for a maximum period of 3 days.Please make your payment within 3 days of confirmation. Otherwise the orders will be released. But if you have problem completing the payment during this period, tell me your reason and I will consider.

- Payment should to be made to CIMB bank only. Account details will be given upon confirmation of purchase.

- All listed price are excluded shipping charge. Buyer is to pay for shipping and handling fees.
