Jenny's B-ig B-irthday B-log-aversary Blog Hop!

Happy Saturday!

Welcome to Jenny's B-ig B-irthday B-log-aversary Blog Hop!

If you have arrived from Erika's blog then you are on the right track, if you want to start at the beginning, click here.

Jenny's favorite holiday is Halloween and so I decided to make her a Halloween themed banner for her scrapbook area.
I used the Birthday Bash and Happy Hauntings carts.
The papers are all from the DWVC Midnight Spell stacks.
The Flags measure 5", the headstones measure 4" and 3.5", and the letters are 3" tall.
I really like this font, but it doesn't have a shadow... :(
I strung it together with 6" black tulle. Have you seen all the new colors of tulle at Mike's?
Oh My!

Happy belated b-day Jenny! I hope you like it!
Love Ya!

So no blog hop would be complete with out some sort of blog candy!

If the boots fit...

Happy Tuesday!

A couple weeks ago Peachy Keen Stamps released several new sets of stamps. When I saw the Lisa Jean Halloween set, I knew just what I wanted to do with one of the stamps. I had a little time Sunday night and it turned out pretty close to what I had envisioned.
The boot was cut from the Happy Hauntings cart at 4".  The papers are from the DCWV Black Currant and Midnight Spell stacks.
The pearls and tulle ribbon are from Michael's.
Here is a close-up of the detail on the boot.
Thanks so much for stopping by my blog today. I hope you have a wonderful day!

"Let's Face it Friday" Challenge #1

Happy Friday!

I am so excited! Today is not just any normal Friday... it's Peachy Keen Stamps, very 1st "Let's Face it Friday" challenge!

This first challenge was to create a treat container used for Halloween (or Harvest/Autumn theme) using any of your PK Face Stamps as the focal point of your project.

So... this is what I came up with!
I made this small treat container out of a piece of 12 x12 black card stock and this Martha Stewart deep edge punch. The "trick or treater's" were cut from the Mini Monsters cart at
3 1/2". I also used the Doodlecharms cart for the pumpkins and treat bags,  the bat and the spider were cut from the Happy Hauntings cart. The PK stamp sets I used were, the PK-490 Everyday Character Face Assortment and the PK-640 Princess Face Assortment.

Here are a few more close-up images.
I can't wait to see what you come up with!
Make sure you play along...becasue the prize is better then candy!
 Prize:
Cottage Cutz Tear Kitty Die and Face Stamp Set
PK-543 Snow Bitty Faces
Acrylic Round Block R1 (1.75") & R2 (2.5")

I hope you have a wonderful day and a great weekend!
