Gile kuasa

Everything OK so far..xde arahan from him (my MLT) yang suka mengarah cos he's thinking he is much better, genius and smarter than Peg Sains..whatever..kadang2 bile slalu sangat aku ungkitkan kisah sombong die yang x respect pegawai membuatkan aku naik muak..gosipping bout him x makan saman pon..buat sakit hati lagi ade la..

Last week I went to HRPZII, Kota Bharu dengan tujuan nak jumpa pakar Mikrobiologi since Peg Mikrob dah pindah, so validation result x tau sape nak buat.Since aku pulak Biochemist xde kuasa nak validate result tu cos melibatkan release result for antibiotic.x pasal kene sue kalu salah bagi antibiotic kepada patient.So decision making by Pakar, hantar sume sample positif to State lab.So xde tanggungjawab la aku for that instead of monitor je penghantaran spesimen ke sana.So i thought that issue end.Rupenye xde, he bising2 cos buat macam tu melambatkan result keluar.As a result, Pakar2 kat hospital akan naik marah dan bising cos service lambat.What can I say?I distributed memo to all specialist in my hospital stated kan reason for that, so hopefully they'll understand.But my MLT keep saying that they are expert enough than Peg Sains setahun jagung to validate the result.They have the knowledge and experience more than 10 years. Ok I admit all that. My concern is about the signature for the validation on that result. If anything happen, are they going to carry the burden?I dun think so.Its all goes back to Peg Sains rite?

Ermm i pun x paham la..they are not thinking bout the safety and quality of the result. Yes i mengaku they all memang expert and know bout all the microb thingy..kuman kecik2 tu but hey still Peg yang diluluskan untuk mengesahkan keputusan itu. If not related to antibiotic I am OK.But this is sumthing which is really important and please la listen to Pakar. Why u wanna fight with them?Now I realize masing2 nak start tunjuk kuasa.MLT mengaku lagi pandai dr Peg Sains.

One more, tadi dah hantar borang claim for menanggung tugas. I did that atas nasihat my senior from KL saying that I can claim for that.But I buat senyap2 la cos I know MLT akan bising saying that they are also contributed doing that job.See how pathetic this kind of people?Another news I received from my x-staff, he called me to ask bout my situation here. When I asked him why?He said someone told him that I have a fight with my MLT..hahaha..no larrr its not a fight laaaa...it just misunderstanding..but now i wonder who's the person that spread the news?aiyaaaa..patot la when I went to KB last week everybody looking at me with smile and some of them keep saying 'Cik Fasihah, kitaorang harap cik hidup aman bahagia di sana, jangan risau kitaorang faham situasi, xperlu diberitahu kerna sejak dulu lagi semua mengenalinya"..ohhh myyy..sungguh aku terharu!

Waiting for my transfer..please la cepat2!hehehe..wait and see!
