We named our son "Rio" and carried on a Spanish name in honor of Jesse's Basque heritage. We found out after we decided on the name that there is a river in Spain named the "Rio Segura." (WIKIPEDIA:The Segura is usually in a state of semi-permanent drought, however, now and then, it does occasionally flood as the consequence of the torrential rains which typically take place once every 6–9 years approximately, always in Autumn.)
