I am linking up with Cindy's Romantic Home Show and tell Friday . Now that I look at the pictures , it looks so plain. It seems like a bigger change in person. And, of course, I forgot to take "before" pictures. This is a bedroom belonging to one of my daughters away at college. It was deep turquoise and white . I researched and found that people were happy with the paint "Mindful Gray" by Sherwin Williams so that is what I used. She already had this pretty light fixture in there that she bought on ebay when she was about 13-yrs-old. We still love it and it's white!

It's very restful and she can still add her own touches when she comes home!

That looks wonderful, Karen! I love the coloron the walls. Yes, a headboard would add just that extra touch. I have some old doors, I could send you. LOL
Can't wait for the next room redo.

Bertie
Hi, Karen! What a beautiful new room! Love the touches of color you've added, too. And the light fixture is soooo up my alley!!

Beautiful my friend. Lovely with clean lines.
Thank you for visiting me today. I can't believe you lost both your parents when they were only in their 50's. Indeed this must have been very difficult for you.
As I've watched my mom and dad age I'm constant saying one simple thing to my own heart...
"LOVE THEM WHILE YOU CAN!"
It helps to keep everything in perspective and make the most of every single day.
Bless you~
Rebecca
