Sweet Valentine and Pain Solutions?
Stitchy friends are just the best. Look at the Valentine surprise Karyn, Ma Teakettle, sent me. I felt a big hug across the miles. Thank you, K!
I also did a private exchange with a couple of stitchy friends. More on that soon...
While you are here, I would like to pick your brains. What do you find helps you or your family with joint/bone pain? I am asking for my family members, but also for myself. I'm on my feet up to 8 hours at a time at work and also find myself doing more physically in firefighting and training. Thanks in advance for your comments. I'm off to read your blogs...

Gee, for pain I use Naproxen/Aleeve and also an analgesic gel ---Voltarin 1% by prescription. Some days nothing works but the gel is pretty good.
My sister swears by Turmeric Capsules. Look it up on our friend Google. Have a wonderful Wednesday.
Best wishes Molly
Wonderful parcel that arrived for you.
What a valentines day treat!
You dont say where the pain is but I will assume the ball of your foot and or heel. I think the best thing to do is make sure your shoes or boots fit absolute perfectly, wear two pairs of socks, keep your feet dry by foot powder and change your socks once or twice a day.
Karyn has sent you a wonderful Valentine package!!! Absolutely love everything :)
My grandmother has severe arthritis, says drinking 100%, not from concentrate cherry juice helps her joint pain. Hard to find, but she insists it's worth it!
That is an awesome surprise from Karyn.
Aleve. And Voltaren gel.
love stitching friends .. fun gift :)
Gorgeous exchange gifts, I love everything!
Support tights help me if I'm going to be on my feet a long time.
What a lovely Valentine package you received!
Good fitting shoes are my suggestion!
Enjoy your weekend!
