I had some leftover strawberry daiquiri mix, so I made it into a pie. It was great, it tasted like a strawberry milkshake as a pie!
1 graham cracker crust
1 1/2 cups strawberry daiquiri mix
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
16 oz tub cool whip
Beat daiquiri mix and milk until combined. Fold in 3/4 container of cool whip. Pour int pie crust. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. Top with remaining cool whip. Serve chilled.
