Hello WORLD!
i declare that this blog is ON HIATUS (or erm permanent suspension:p) yup. i'm still contemplating whether or not to revive it after Os...hmm we'll see(: i'll think about that when i need to. but sometimes i really dont like to expose everything to the whole world:p some time like now when i'm angsty >:/ anyways, i'm not going to use the computer at all. Exams are over!
haha but sure doesn't feel like it.

anyways, exams are kinda 'fun' if you think about it:p i mean we getta go home early! and i sleep more than ever during exams:p haha just two days ago, we were studying/sleeping our brains out at kap...today, we ate, talked and we sure were merry(:



yessiree! spent my day with AH WONG JIAA! i loveya babe! oh and we cut our hair today at essensuals(: it felt so good to get my hair washed:p i could almost have slept if it wasn't for the countless times i had to lift my head to get the shampoo off my neck:p i think i've found my permanent hair stylist(:

actually to think bout it, it's quite amusing how we couldn't stop touching our hair for the first hour:p i mean my hand just naturally found its way to my head to make sure stray strands weren't sticking out like a flag-pole...the whole walk from starhub center to boarders, we were reallyREALLY preoccupied with our new found hair:p in the cinema it was worst. we were smelling our hair-.- haha ahwongjia! we are so damn silly:p butbut the shampoo smelt reallyreally good! its kinda addictive...like sniffing pot or smth (does one sniff pot?) .oh and we were sorta obsessed to not let any one see us in orchard today:p

oh we watched Ratatouille!! (can't pronounce that? i couldn't either:p its RAT-A-TOO-EE according to jia:p) its nice((: as in its a nice relaxing-after-exams kinda movie((: sweet!
Lunch today was great too! we ate fish&co(: and i was like soooo full after that.this is not healthy wensi.not health. i'm turning into a fatfat slobb): oh we met jeremy ang in fish&co! (i didn't take notice of him at first until jia said he looked kinda familiar:p) anyways, we wanted to wait to see whether he was meeting his girlfriend or something:p (haha sorry jang! we didn't mean ta spy or anything...but ya'know, exams make you deprived from any contact with the outside world:p)

So! today was a great blast! thanks ahwongjia! i lubs you!!

Coach's birthday was quite fun today(: after lit paper [which i won't talk about to prevent myself from cursing/swearing] lizzo, jo and wen went to jia's house to waste time:p haha but when we got to jia's house, all of us started doing our own thing in our own isolated corner in her room. lizzo and jo took to reading, i had to finish the card and jia...well jia was expressing her boredom loudly:p i think she was half in disbelief that we were finding entertainment being on our own. haha jia you really are funny:p
on the bus to school, lizzo wondered what acsi did for coach on his birthday:p she compared mg and ac and concluded that mg cares more and gives better presents too. haha lizzo you're such a nuthead but i loveya!

coach is like sooo old...we got 39 small candles for him and it could barely fit the cake:p and it was really troublesome to light it:/ we got coach a "#1 COACH" shirt and a card that said, "We the MGS Tennis Team Officially Vouch you #1 COACH" (credits to my brother for arranging the picture for us(: thanks smallsie!)




The card was quite cute:p the 30 of us stamped our thumbprint on it to 'pleadge' that coach is officially the #1 coach in mg:p [though he is the ONLY coach] haha






it was so hard to light all the candles but the wind blew it out so effortlessly-.- we had to surround the cake literally while screaming Happy Birthday.







And following tradition for the past forever, we ate the cake with our hands:p haha it's kinda gross but ahwels, we share with the team(:

to win the Montreal Masters!


yup! Novak Djokovic is the new HOT. he won Roger Federer in the finals of the Montreal Masters 7-6 (7:2), 2-6, 7-6 (7:2)
Djokovic describes his elation after the match, "It's a dream come true to win such a strong tournament as this and to win against probably the best player ever in the sport."
Djokovic dominated the last tiebreaker and ended matchpoint with a drop shot, followed by an excellent lob that fell inside the line.

well i suppose National Day's suppose to make you feel all patriotic bout being a singaporean and stuff. and you know what? that singaporean thing really rubs off on you just a tad bit doesn't it?

i mean i dont exactly feel very much towards singapore on an every day basis. but times like these really make me feel very blessed indeed. though i was non-existent some 42 years back, singapore has really developed into a place im really proud of. and this year the parade seemed even more spectacular. haha and the song's were really nice too! from the old ancient "chan-mali-chan" to the nice new catchy "Will You" i say singapore has come a long way.

on a lighter note, ran for charity today with jia. woke up reallyreallyreally early like at 6am zomg. it was such nice weather to sleep in, but all in the name of charity, we woke up to run round the singapore river. ilovewesley for planning these activities for us(: it was so early, there was hardly anyone there. felt almost like the whole area was blocked off for the 40 of us who ran:p (though in actual fact it was too early for any human being to be alive at that unearthly hour. haha) the run was pretty good(: the weather was just stupendous.

thank you god for today(: (it was sorta a nice buffer before the inevitable prelims)

alright, real quick update here. before my brain gets sucked back into its vacuum of chemistry. okay! well...there's so much stuff to update! but i'll leave that to after prelims(:

Hohum. okay so! erm i dont know. i've been busy of late. busy with erm stuff that i dont like doing:p (omy, i dont really know how to blog anymore:/ its almost like talking to yourself:/ hmmm)


er...well! so! the title of this post, "The Lion's Mane has been Tamed" is small's idea. not mine. butbut guess what! i chopped/cut Small's hair yesterday((: cause he looked like a hairy mob. AHH! and it was SO COOL! helluva fun. cause the hair on his head is like a total walking advertisement for "bejing 101" that went totally wrong:p the amt of hair on his head is like...WOWZA! i honestly had no idea what i was doing. it was just like snipsnipsnip 'this part's too long SNIP'. haha but i love him for being so willing to be my guinea pig:p and i must say, it didn't turn out as bad as i expected:p


Okay so this is before i cut his hair(: he totally looks like a female:p
