Tyler's in Surgery

We are at the hospital waiting for Tyler to get done with his surgery. The OR nurse just came in to give a report. They had just opened his chest, they are preparing him to go on the heart/lung bypass machine. They will be connecting the superior Vena cava. This comes from the neck and connects to his pulmonary arteries. This will help him not look so blue. He was looking really blue this morning due to the fact he was growing out of the shunt. Recovery will be hard as you can imagine. They say he will have headaches due to the new blood flow. I will put a new update tonight when I get home.

Having Fun with Kai and Aubrey

When I came home from Utah 2 weeks ago I brought home two of my grand kids Kai and Aubrey. They were able to spend time with us and their other grandparents, they only live a few miles away from us. We had such a nice time with them. Here are a few pictures of them at the beach and Travel Town.

Well, We're Moving.....again

Due to circumstances not under our control, we are moving. Not to Utah, not yet at least.

The big day is July 18Th. So that means all my fun things are all packed up!

Kelsey's photo shoot

A friend at Kelsey's work wanted to take some professional pictures of her to gain some practice of her photography. I just wanted to share with you how beautiful my daughter is. She is turning 20 in a few weeks. The older she gets the more beautiful she becomes.

Mini Photo Book

I made this mini photo book using baseball card protectors. They are the perfect size for wallet size pictures. I used my Bind it all machine for the binding, but you can use the small ring clasps and just use a hole puncher. This is what I carry in my purse.

Baby Tyler

I just got back from Utah today. Tyler had some test done and I was lucky enough to be there when he had them done. What a sweet baby Tyler is. He was so good when he had to get a Cath done on his heart. They were able to go inside the heart to see how well it is functioning. So far it is doing it's job. No complications. What a blessing. The doctors are amazed how well he looks for a HLHS baby. The cardiologist will be doing the 2ND surgery at the end of this month. We hope, like always, that you keep him in your prayers.
