Cool Breeze from Becky Young Designs

Don’t you love this weather?  When you can open your windows during the day and feel the cool Autumn breezes.   I love Fall!  and I love this new kit from Becky Young Designs.  It is called Cool Breeze and is a Fall kit, but with a splash of colors you wouldn’t normally expect.  Her kit is on sale this week and image is linked to her store.

Those of you that have been around a while, know that I love cooking.  I set a goal to scrap 1 recipe layout per week this year so I could put it all in a cookbook at the end of the year.  I'm a little behind, but this kit allowed me to get two apple recipes done this week, so I made a little progress.

Beep Beep from Becky Young Designs

Becky has come up with another great kit.  This one was just in time for my middle son getting his learner's permit.  The kit is called Beep Beep and is full of all kinds of great traffic signs.  The bright colors make it great for all kinds of layouts. I especially love her dated road signs!

Watermelon Seeds from Becky Young Designs

These are the layouts I made with it.  My first one is all boy and you probably wouldn't even recognize that it is from this kit if you don't look close.  I made it for a speed scrap a while ago.

This other one is another for my recipe book I'm making.  This is a yummy dip that we love to have with watermelon and other summer fruits.

Beach Cruisin

Becky Young Designs has an awesome new kit out this week.  I’m leaving on vacation for a week, so I am posting a little early.  It’s already showing in the store though, so you can get it now by clicking on the preview below.  There is also a coordinating QP pack to go with it!

It is called Beach Cruisin’ and it is made for warm water type cruises, but as you will see from my layouts, that isn’t all it can be used for.  First of all, here is a preview of her entire kit.

Here is my first layout of me and my husband on our cruise to Alaska for our 10th anniversary.  Wow!  That was almost 9 years ago.  No, he doesn’t always make that dorky face he has in the picture, but it was the only one I had of him on the actual ship.  The giant ship in the other photo is our ship docked at Scagway, Alaska.

My 2nd layout is of my son’s last day of school party and all his friends jammed in the hot tub.  There ended up being 12 boys in there although my picture doesn’t show quite that many.  A few were cooling off on the trampoline when I snapped the photo.

Fresh QP Blog Train

All of the CT members for Becky Young Design have put together a QP blog train with her newest kit, Fresh.  This is an awesome kit and you will love what you get in this little train!
