Facebook Hop Coming Up

We had so much fun doing our facebook hop in the fall that we've decided to do another for you. Starting February 1st you will be able to collect all the pieces to make a complete kit called My Funny Valentine. (Check out the flier for a sneak peak of this awesome kit.) Be sure to check out the forum to find out where the first stop will be!

I don’t know about you, but we have been getting quite a bit of snow this winter.  My kids enjoy sledding and playing in the snow and a I drive around & sure see a lot of snowmen.  So I’m betting that you have plenty of pictures to scrap of your winter memories.  Also Explores is so stinkin cute that you’ll want to grab it too and scrap pictures of warmer times.  You can get either kit for $2.00 each.

A freebie....just cause it's so darn cold!

Hi.  It's Andrea, again.  No convoluted steps or complex stuff...just a freebie and a contest.  I love using photo masks, so I made one for you.  Just use it in a layout, post a link to your layout below, and Lori will pick a winner.  The winner will get a $2.00 coupon to the Scraps N Pieces store.
If you haven't used a photo mask before, it's easy.
Just download the mask and open it in your layout.
Place your picture in the layer directly above the mask.
With the picture selected, press CTRL G.  This clips the photo to the mask.

Resize the picture so it looks good and then select both layers and merge them together with CTRL E.
If you have any questions, just leave a comment and I'll help the best I can.

We Are Memory Keepers: Our Buttons

We are so excited to be part of a year long project with Adriana's Cafe.  We are all keepers of memories whether they be old or recent.  What better way to chronicle those memories than through scrapbook layouts.  Each month Adriana will bring you a new kit with a new color palette and theme.  She will collab with different designers each month to bring you a fun new kit, so stay tuned.

This kit is called Our Buttons and it is full of buttons, button flowers, button tags, button borders, and many other fun button elements.  All parts of  the kit are available for 30% off the first week.
