Happy - With Karyn Schultz!

  Hi Scrapping Clearly Lovelies!

It's Karyn here and today I have a scrapbook page that I created using lots of fun products available at Scrapping Clearly

I started by sewing a rectangle and border on heavy weight white cardstock . I added zig-zag and straight stitch for interest.

To create the background I use Heidi Swapp Color Shine (mustard and rose) and Prima Art Philosophy Ginger watercolour concentrate. I painted it on in places then added splatters.

Here is my final assembled page.

I embellished the page using the Vicki Boutin Lets Wander Collection . I used a polariod cut from the "Picture Perfect" paper and fussy cut flowers from the "Sunshine and smiles" paper.

I used a title from the Heidi Swapp wood veeer word pack and enamel dots from my stash.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Sentimental Traveler - Art Journalling With Karyn Schultz!

 Hi Scrapping Clearly Lovelies!

It's Karyn here and today I have an art journal page that I created using lots of fun products available at Scrapping Clearly!

I'm playing along with the August moodboard challenge. We would love for you to join in with this challenge and be in the running to win a Scrapping Clearly store voucher. You have until August 31 and you need to upload your challenge here.

This page is created in my Black Square Dylusions Journal. I used a palate knife to swipe Platinum modelling paste, Art Anthology Reef Velvet dimensional paint, and Art Anthology Vegas Gold Sorbet dimensional paint through a stencil across the page. Then I added splatters of Heidi Swapp ColorShine in Tinsel, Gold and Navy.

I stamped the Dina Wakley Good Idea stamp set on white cardstock then painted using Prima Watercolor Confections Classics and Decadent Pies. These flowers were fussy cut to use on my page.

Here is a close up of my page. I've used the flowers as a feature for the page as well as adding some Tim Holtz Idea-ol-ogy Small Talk Word Stickers and white gauze.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Sister - With Karyn Schultz!

Hi Scrapping Clearly Lovelies!

It's Karyn here and today I have a scrapbook page that I created using lots of fun products available at Scrapping Clearly!

I'm playing along with the July moodboard challenge. We would love for you to join in with this challenge and be in the running to win a Scrapping Clearly store voucher. You have until July 31 and you need to upload your challenge here.

I started by creating a watercolour background using Prima Watercolor Confections - Classics and Decadent Pies (silver, black and grey). I then added splatters of Tinsel ColorShine.

Next I added some texture using a variety of stencils and using Platinum modelling paste, Black modelling paste, and Bo Bunny Silver glitter paste

I've added doodling around the edge of the page using a Fude ball pen

I also addd stamping to my page using the Carabelle Studio Mini Textures stamp set and Scribbles in my Journal stamp set - but I forgot to photograph lol.

Here is my finished page.

I've matted my photo on some Heidi Swapp Pineapple Crush papers (there are lots of black and white patterns in this collection).

I've added paperclips, flair, paper flowers and die cuts from my stash.

This wooden word is from a pack of Heidi Swapp wooden words

Cotton thread and more flair are always cool additions to a page.

Cards - With Karyn Schultz!

Hi Scrapping Clearly Lovelies,

It's Karyn here, and today I have 4 cards to share with you made using lots of goodies from the Pink Paislee Moonstruck collection available in the Scrapping Clearly Store.

For each card I've used 6" x 6" white cardstock bases overlaid with some papers from the Pink Paislee Moonstruck collection. Then I've added a selection of puffy stickers, ephemera and cork stickers

Making cards is a great way to use up scrapbooking leftovers. I've also added some chipboard and paper flowers from my stash to this card as well as splatters of Heidi Swapp gold Colorshine.

Hello Cute - A Scrapbook layout with Lisa J

Hello all,

My turn today to share my last project for January with the Cocoa Vanilla You Rock Collection. I have loved working with this collection and I hope you have enjoyed the projects I have shared.

For my last January layout I started with the B-side of the Experimental paper. The gorgeous watercolour style blue ombre just had to be a background.

I added some strips of patterned paper down the left hand side as a base for my photo and embellishments and then just started adding bits and pieces.

There are so many embellishments in the Cocoa Vanilla You Rock collection and they just work together so well.

I finished off with some sprinkles of Heidi Swapp ColorShine in Navy and some enamel dots. My title uses Wood Veneer from the You Rock collection and Teal Puffy Thickers from American Crafts.

If you haven't already, make sure you enter this months challenges on the Scrapping Clearly page.  Entries need to be in tomorrow.
You could win a $30 shop voucher!

Happy creating
