Altered Angel Canvas with video tutorial



Hello everyone! Happy September! It has been a while since my last video tutorial. Therefore, for today's post, I want to share a recent video tutorial of mine featuring BoBunny gorgeousness! This tutorial will teach you how to alter a canvas using some mixed media techniques with BoBunny mediums and products.

Picture Canvas *Free Mini Class* Part 2

 
Did you enjoy yesterday's Part 1 of the "Picture Canvas mini class"? I hope so! Some of you had emailed me to asked about the stencil. I'm so sorry, the stencil is actually by Layers of Colors but they are no longer in operation now. But you could use any stencil you have which are swirl, flourish or even any texture stencils such as brick wall or wood grain. Hope this helps.

Picture Canvas Mini Class


Do you want to a FREE mini class from me? You've got it! I have a three days mini class for you!

In this mini class, you will learn how to create the above canvas to decorate your home or as a gift for a friend.

You will find the supply list in the video. If you don't have them, just watch it first and save the link to it to create when you've gathered your products.

Some of the products featured in this mini class are Shimmerz Paints, Petaloo flowers and leaves and Clear Scraps acrylic monogram. The stamp used in this mini class is by Vilda Stamps and of course, the pattern papers, stickers, rub-ons and embellishment by Bo Bunny.

Moments ATC * With Video Tutorial*

It's time for this month's video tutorial! In this month's video tutorial, we will be working on creating "Faux Metal Effect" using some Shimmerz Paints with some chippies! I've also used Clear Scraps acrylic ATC and several chippies by Dusty Attic in this tutorial.

Faux Brick Wall *With Video Tutorial

Teacher's Day Flowers *Video Tutorial

Time for another video tutorial from me! I would like to show you all some "Back To Basics" techniques with Shimmerz Paints. Here is the finished project using the techniques.

Altered/Recycled Bookmark *with Video Tutorial

Altered Frame Part 1 *With Video Tutorial

Social Butterfly


This is a layout which I've created for Shimmerz Paints video tutorial this month. This month's video tutorial will teach you all how to use some easy techniques to enhance your chipboard and acrylic pieces with Shimmerz Paints.
Besides Shimmerz Paints, I've used chippies from Dusty Attic and acrylic products by Clear Scraps in this tutorial and layout. I've used an XL acrylic shape by Clear Scraps as the base for this layout.

Thank you so much for the emails and messages from you all asking about latest progress on finding Hiro. At the moment, there are no news or traces of Hiro. We've done all that we can. From doing countless neighbourhood searches to giving out flyers. We've even offer rewards for anyone that could find and return him home. Family Fun *Video Tutorial*


It's time for me to share my first ever official DT project for Shimmerz Paints. The above layout is fully inspired by the fun paints from Shimmerz Paints. I've created the whole background using it and I've also misted the flowers using it. To create this layout, I've used some papers from the beautiful Gabrielle line by Bo Bunny.

This butterfly is sponsored by Kay's Kreative Korner etsy store.


These flowers were misted with Shimmerz Paints for some shimmery effect and colours.

Together (Video Tutorial)


Today, I would like to share with you all the above layout titled "Together". This layout features Clear Scraps large acrylic expression. I've also used tons of gorgeous chippies by Dusty Attic and some beautiful stamps by Vilda Stamps.

Here are some close-ups on this layout.


The large flowers and flourishes are created using Dusty Attic chippies.


I've done a picture based video to show with you all the techniques used to create this cool effect on the acrylic expression. Enjoy!

Tattered Florals Flowers Technique (Video Tutorial!)


Recently, I've received several emails and request asking me to share how I've create the flowers in the above picture. I've created these flowers in various layouts and altered projects on mine. The technique used to create these flowers is very simple.

I'm also very excited with today's post because I'll be sharing my first ever video tutorial with you all. I'm still learning and trying to tweak my style of video tutorial. Without delaying further, here's my first ever video tutorial! Enjoy!
