"Hey crafty friends! I'm glad to be joining you with my final reveal of the year. Our of the gate I used three flower looks embellishments on this page and the banner strip in three places. From sketch one I used the 4x4 photo shapes and from the second sketch I used the layers behind the photo and the photos in two opposite areas of the layout...easy peasy. I hope you have enjoyed my reveals this year and that your holidays are merry and bright. Until next time...Stay Crafty"

Lyne:

"Hey Crafty Friends! Can you believe it's the last month of the year already? For our first challenge this month...can you guess...yep...never heard of this movie...lol I went with the Christmas theme from the title. This is my parents and our family friend Nathan (AKA Nate The Great) last year at Christmas. Since I live in the northern hemisphere it also counts as winter :-) The snowflake embellishments are in three different clusters at the top, left and bottom. Can't wait to see what you create!"

"Hey crafty friends! Here is my take on the blend a sketch for November. From the first sketch I used the doily as my inspiration for the large floral cluster coming from the upper left of my photo. I also used the strip idea from the first photo except I put them down the left side instead of right on the photo. From the second sketch I used the square photo shape and single word title. Hope you enjoy my take and can't wait to see yours."

Lyne:

"Hey friends! Lyne back today with, you guessed it, another movie I've never seen or heard of. I just went with the star theme because of that. I obviously used the star patterned paper, and the photo is our son and my hubby when they were at the ice skating rink. This photo is when we was first learning to skate and he starts hockey practice for the first time this weekend...he's going to be my little hockey star. See how I tied that in there...haha For the quote I put it on the banner in the lower right of the photo since my layout was so clean and simple otherwise. Hope we are enjoying these challenges as we are, and I'll see you again later in the month."

"Hey crafty friends! Lyne here so glad to be back sharing inspiration with you. I'll admit that I mashed these sketches so much that you probably can't see either of them in this layout. I took the shape of the photo from the first sketch and the strip at the top of the page and used a strip on the top of my diagonal pattern. From the second sketch I used the fish tail banner turned sideways and the ink splatters. I'm really happy with how it came out. Can't wait to see how you blend them together."

"Hi crafty friends! Lyne here sharing my August Golden Globe Challenge. I've been diligently working through some of my older photos and this one was perfect for the movie. It's a photo taken at our sons 1st birthday party almost seven years ago. The young lady on the right is my sister in law and the young lady on the left is my sister. The two young ladies on either side of me I have been fr...iends with since birth! The other young lady is my friend Jaime who we met at church 15 years ago. We've all been through the ups, downs and sideways together. I incorporated the word friend in one of the hearts as an embellishment. The cut file I believe is from Paper Issues and the paper are from Jilibean soup."

"Hey crafty friends! Glad to be back with you today sharing how I blended the sketches to create this amazing wedding layout. I used the the column on the left hand side of the first sketch, but placed it on the right hand side of my layout. I also used the banners on both pages under my photo. The second sketch also has hearts as the embellishments so I used some hearts around my page. Last, but not least, I have aqua sequins sprinkled around the page. Thanks for checking out my take, and I can't wait to see yours."
