Awesome 2017 with Lime Citron Ahead

Welcome to the brand new year. The right time for some fresh new experiences and daring adventures. Here I come with such great news. I´ve been Lime Citron DT member in 2017.

 Today I´d like to share my very first project using fab LimeCitron goodies.

Dream

Welcome! Just popping in to share my half size LO featuring Scraps of Darkness Blush Kit. It´s ideal for any romantic project. 

As the base I used Prima Marketing Rossibelle Notes & Scribbles Foiled paper. I also used lots of Prima Marketing Rossibelle Aubree flowers, Prima Rossibelle Chipboard & More, fussy cut outs and Blue Fern Studios Treasured Floral Frame  that is cut into halves and painted with acrylics.

I was playing around with acrylics, Ecolines, texture paste, glitters and beads. I created rich texture full of shine and colours. Nothing planned just making myself happy.

Adventurous Seashore

Hello. Here I am with my second project from fabulous An Ocean Tale Kit by Scraps of Darkness. This time I decided to step away from a classic LO size. I kept the height as usual (30cm) but limited the width a bit to 15cm only and have to say I love it. A brand new look.

I coudn´t resist the vintage mood and again went for something fresh and cut the oval pic into halves. From the main kit I used the Swirl Flourish  Stencil, Art C Heavy Body Acrylic Metallic Paint Tube, Prima flowers and Voyage Beneath The Sea Collection paper from Graphic45. 

I also used Graphic45 Chipboard, Finnabair´s Rusty Gears Mechanicals, Blue Fern Studios Laser Cut Chippies Seaside Seashells and Alwasy and Forever Self Adhesive Pearls from element-add-ons.

Hurt

Travel Stories Kit by Scraps Of Darkness

Hello. Here I come with my first LO created from the fabulous Travel Stories Kit by Scraps Of Darkness. It is 99 % kit products based.

I absolutely love LSG Starburst Mist Sassy Saphire included in the kit. As you can see I went wild with it. I also did lots of layering using Graphic 45 Cityscapes Collection Tags and Pockets, Ephemera Cards and Kaisercraft Story Book Collection Collectables Die Cuts. For my background I used my fave fragment stamping using stunning stamp from the kit Kaisercraft Clear Stamp Botanical and Script from the element add ons.

As the focal point I used a vintage pic from the previous Heirloom Kit. The chippie butterfly also comes from it.

February Heirloom Kit From Scraps Of Darkness

  Welcome, crafty peeps! Today I´m sharing my second project from February Heirloom Kit by Scraps Of Darkness. This time I used  the gorgeous Blue Fern Studios Timeless thick papers that are just begging for mixed media treatment. Besides the patterns are out of this world. Here´s my first vintage LO:

I started by applying clear gesso on the paper. Let it dry and next I did some stenciling using the TCW 6x6 Stencil by Rebekah Meier Designs and Finnabair White, gold texture paste. When dry I used Tattered Angels Mists, LSG Magicals to add some colour. I did some random stamping using black Archival Ink. Then I glued on some Finnabair Micro Beads, Mini Art Stones and some Prills.

I cut out the vintage pic of the two little beauties, put some thick cardboard under the photo and glued it on the paper. Then I started to build up the cluster. I used an old lace, a black thread, some Debutante Prima Flowers from January Kit, Always and Forever The Wedding Collection resin flowers, KaiserCraft Coconut Paper Blooms and Jim Holtz Idea-ology Industrious Stickers.

I also added Large Metal Key Charm from Craft Consortium Alwas and Forever, some gems and word stickers. Next I fastened a piece of Brown Sheer Ribbon from May Arts.

I created some pearl drops using Tonis Studios Nuvo Crystal Drops. Lastly I splashed some inks all over the cluster and added a bit more stamping here and there.

 

 

With this LO I´m entering March Challenge at Scrapki-wyzwaniowo that is a key themed.
