Car Trailer Fabrication

トレーラーが駐車場からはみ出ていたのでネック部分を折り畳めるようにしました。

ネック部分のフレームを切断して固定用のアタッチメントを製作しました。

蝶番を追加して使わない時はネック部分を折りたたんで駐車します。

バッチリ駐車場に収まるようになりました。

We needed to fabricate our car trailer since that was a little longer than its parking space. Added some hinges to fold the tongue and made brackets to hold the front and the rear frame together. Hopefully our landlord would be happy to see we don't use extra space on the parking lot anymore.

1971 Datsun 521 Pick Up

愛顧車両の71年のダットサントラック 521が入荷しました。

L16エンジン、4速マニュアル、クーラー、キャンパーシェル付きの車両です。

ペイントもまだ艶が残っています。

Picked up this beautiful 1971 Datsun 521 Pick Up from L.A. this afternoon. The trcuk comes with AC and the campershell with original paint on the body. This is not a show truck, but I don't think I could find any other nicer one on the market.

Removable Trailer Fender

先日のスクールバス引き上げに先立ってカートレーラーのフェンダーを取り外し可能にしました。

溶接で取り付けされていましたので切り離して固定用のブラケットを前後に溶接しました。

ブラケットに穴あけして車体側にボルトを溶接して完成です。

積み下ろし時にフェンダーを取り外してバスの車体とフェンダーが干渉しないようになりました。

Fabricated our car trailer fender into removable to avoid hitting the passenger cabin of the school bus we picked up the other day. The fender works perfect when loading and unloading the bus.

Picked up 98 Chevrolet G3500 School Bus from Clovis, California for our client last night. The bus only has 37,000 actual miles on it and the exterior is pretty straight. The inside got a full flat floor without wheel tabs which has a lot of potentials to convert to a food truck or a camper rig.

Rangers

週末に2台レンジャーを見に行ってきました。

1台目、92年4WD、傷凹みの少ない時の画像を使って売りに出していたので却下。

2台目、88年4WD、明らかに交換していないラジエーターやショックを交換したと言ってきたり複数の傷、凹みを昨日ぶつけられた、それまでは無かった（笑）と言い張るので却下。

空荷で帰ってきました。。

Drove up to Northern California to check these two Rangers and ended up, came back with nothing. The first one, 92 4x4, the seller used some photos before the truck got multiple body damages... The second one the seller told me he replaced many parts and the truck runs good. That was a total joke.

1980 FXE Super Glide

Picked up 1980 Shovelhead yesterday from San Bernardino County, California. This bike is not perfectly original, but it's close. It starts right up and runs smooth. Hopefully, we can find more bikes like this sometime sooner.

Our Trailer Was Found!

トラックに続いてトレーラーも見つかりました。

トラックの発見場所から2-30mくらいの場所でゴミを山積みにされていました。。

Mobile Office Trailer

引っ越しに伴って今まで使っていた移動式の事務所を売却しました。

フォークリフトと台車で引きずり出してリーフスプリング用のブラケットを溶接します。

入口の高さがギリギリなのでアクスル、ホイール、トレーラーフレームは外で装着します。

新しいオーナーさんに陸送を手配してもらってお別れです。

We had been using this mobile office since 2011 and just sold it today. Hope this one found a good new home.

Picked up the truck bed and the camper shell from San Diego for our client in Japan the other day. The bed for Nissan Frontier and the camper shell for Nissan Hardbody. Glad we were able to purchase both in the same area.

カートレーラーのウインチと収納ボックスを前方にずらしました。

車高の低い車、全長の長い車も積みやすくなりました。

車両のオーダーお待ちしております。

Moved the winch and the storage box of our car trailer to forward a little to make space for longer and lower cars. Hopefully, we can haul more cars in 2020 than last year with this trailer.
