I couldn't quite make out the meaning of these hieroglyphics I discovered while walking around the pond at Bassett Creek Park. I know the pond level has been extremely low, perhaps it is a request to send more rain?

Pond Hieroglyphics
I couldn't quite make out the meaning of these hieroglyphics I discovered while walking around the pond at Bassett Creek Park. I know the pond level has been extremely low, perhaps it is a request to send more rain?
