Oh what a task
It is you ask;
Your commission ........
A vital omission!

WHEEL APPEAL
(A Very Short Story)
Tom and I met a couple of twins
Josephine and Alice;
He's a chap who always wins
(Said without any malice.)
But I was the man with a set of wheels,
So Tom became the spectator.
Despite his anger and appeals,
I shouted out 'See you later!'

Such words you found with no E's so cool....then words with lots of Eeeees!
I can't think of a more perfect response to Mrs. Jenny's prompt this week! Brava to you!!
I love both of these offerings. It really was quite challenging not to have any e's in the sentence. It's something we just take for granted. I truly got a good chuckle from the second. Poor old Tom.
Verse without the forbidden 'e'? A task well met. :)
No E's and poetry?
Geez.
I am all kinds of impressed with this Entertaining little E-lEss work of art!
Awesome.
