Christmas 2012

Just a few days before Christmas we moved into our new house.  We furiously unpacked our Christmas decorations, bought a tree and celebrated together in our new place.  These two had a blast and Rilo was especially excited for some of the presents she had asked Santa for.  A fridgerator for her and train tracks for Collier.

Christmas Card Rejects

Phew!  Rilo's party was yesterday and it turned out great, but I am sure glad that's all over with.  Sorry for the silence the last few days.  I spent every night getting ready for her party!

Way back in the beginning of December I tried to use self-timer to take family photos for our Christmas card.  Things didn't go quite as planned.  I got one that I almost used, but I just didn't love it and ended up going with our "cup of cheer" version instead.  Here are a few of grumpy-at-the-time Rilo and the one family pic we didn't use.

After the above picture she screamed for all the rest and need her pal Happy to be happy again.

Growing Up

I was just looking through photos of Rilo and I can't get over how BIG she has gotten!  I may or may not have cried.  I found a few more photos Yan took before we left for the summer and I can see such a difference in just a few months.  I never shared these but I love the glimpse into her gummy little mouth, with those few little teeth poking through.  She now has 6 on top and 3 on the bottom!

I know I know...horrible posting last week!  I just looked through more of the photos Diana, from Yan Photography, took and I thought I better share.  Rilo already seems much older than in these photos.  Plus she has more hair and those teeth have grown in (still just those 6 teeth though!).  These are her digital photos...I'll post the film ones tomorrow!

Fam Photos

Jess took more pictures of the 3 of us when she was here.  These were film so I just got them developed.  It's so nice to have pictures of all of us together.  I really am so thankful for my little family...they make me so unbelievably happy.

Oh, and those were my overalls from when I was little.  I love them on her!

New Family Pictures

Last week we took Jess to check out Salt Lake City.  When we were walking back to the car, I stopped and asked Jess to take some pictures of the our little family.  It's been a bit since we've taken a good one.
