We picked the right man for the job
First, Mittens would have been a disaster as president. We would have had a belligerent foreign policy and increased defense spending. The likelihood that the US would become embroiled in a middle east regional war would greatly increase.
While the election was going on, Iran agreed to abandon its nuclear program. This was accomplished with lengthy and delicate diplomacy.
The GOP approach would be to be shoot first and then to let God sort them out. Rightardia has written many times that invading Iran is a very bad idea. The terrain is mountainous and the Iranians share a the Caspian Sea with Russia which would simplify resupply.
Would Mittens improve employment? Moody's Analytic's anticipates 12 million new jobs will be created in the next four years regardless of who is president.
Republicans presidents have typically created about half the jobs their Democratic counterparts have created. .GW Bush preferred to talk about worker productivity rather than new jobs. If you recall, HI-B visas were in vogue and foreign workers were being brought into the US while jobs were also being off shored during the Bush administration.
Americans will now get to keep their new health care system. You will be able to cover you kids under your health insurance until age 26 and there are no preexisting conditions. Part of Affordable Health Care
act has two public options that Obama will unleash next term.
In the past Rightardia has compared being president to captaining a large ship. Something you do in year one of your presidency may not perk until the end of the term or the beginning of the next term. We got to see the Republican approach for eight years with GW Bush.
Now lets see what the Democratic approach can generate with a second term.
Rightardia is optimistic. We have the right man, with the right plan as president.
He is fired up and ready to lead.

Democratic Underground: Obama's Lead is Starting to Look Insurmountable
According to Nate Silver, Obama is currently up by 3.7 per cent.. No candidate in the past 50 years has lost a lead that big.
No candidate with more than 47 per cent of the vote in late September has ever lost. Obama is currently at 48.3%.

Tampa Bay Times: Crowds and post-DNC poll numbers buoy Obama in Florida
WEST PALM BEACH — "So goes life in a swing state.
President Barack Obama — buoyed by higher poll numbers after his Democratic Party's convention — journeyed to Florida for a two-day swing, bouncing from Tampa Bay to Central Florida on Saturday, and then the Space Coast and West Palm Beach on Sunday.
In his wake, former President Bill Clinton will stump Tuesday in Miami and then in Orlando on Wednesday. . ."

Buzz 60: Romney Raises Record Cash But Keeps Losing News Cycles to Harry Reid
Published on Aug 6, 2012 by Buzz60
For the second month in a row Mitt Romney raised more than $100 million in campaign cash -- likely extending his cash-on-hand lead over Barack Obama.
But he keeps losing news cycles to stories like Sen. Harry Reid's incredible claim that someone once told him Romney hadn't paid taxes for ten years.
Jay DeDapper explains why Romney can't win without changing that.

Buzz 60: Latest Swing State Polls Show Attack Ads Don't Move the Needle
The eight swing states in campaign 2012 have been inundated in attack ads bashing Mitt Romney and Barack Obama but haven't moved the poll results much at all. Obama still leads in six of the eight (Ohio, Pennsylvania, Florida, Nevada, Iowa, Wisconsin) while Romney is ahead in two (Colorado and Virginia). But are voters really paying attention yet?
Mittens has made plenty of mistakes and this election will not be close. You can vote for candidate who claims his party will create jobs and get the economy going,
Historically, the GOP has not been as successful as Democrats in creating jobs.
If you think that tax cuts are needed for affluent Americans to promote supply side (trickle down) economics, then Mittens is your man.
The election is between he champion of the middle calls and the champion of the one per cent.
It's really as simple as that!

Buzz Politics 7.6: Do Voters Care About Jobs Numbers? Buzz Politics 7.6
June's jobs report from the Labor Department was mediocre at best: 80,000 jobs added and the unemployment rate stuck at 8.2%. That makes four straight months of anemic jobs growth and with the election likely to be decided on how voters feel about the economy, a potentially terrible sign for Barack Obama. But what if voters aren't paying attention to the numbers?
Rightardia agrees that the public is not paying attention.
Mitt Romney is essentially a CEO who lacks political skills. The WSJ called him a "dumb politician." Many Americans intuitively know the country would be in for hard times if a one per center were elected president.
Has the public lost confidence is establishment Republicans? The Tea Party has, for sure! Looking back at the slate of Republicans who ran for president, it was a very week slate.

The "Fast and Furious" gun-tracking program was an unconscionable waste of money to promote senseless acts of violence, just like the movies for which it was named. (02:59).
Obama should return the favor to the "do nothing " 112th Congress and refuse to cooperate using Executive Privilege.

Political Buzz 6.20: Obama Releases Two Romney Attack Ads
Published on Jun 20, 2012 by Buzz60
President Barack Obama is coming out swinging against Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney, releasing two television ads slamming his rival.
Typically putting out such scathing spots means the sitting president is in trouble, but a new Bloomberg poll shows that's not the case.
Jay DeDapper has the story.
Obama is a Chicago street fighter and these ads are mild compared to some GOP ads we have seen in years past. The ads have been effective and have broken what appeared to be a political stalemate.
Romney's record in MA was hardly exemplary. He tired to run the state as a CEO and used an impersonal approach that alienated both political parties.
Mittens left office with a 56 per cent disapproval rate and missed more than 200 days in the governor's mansion during his last year in office.

He vetoed 800 bills and 640 were overturned by the MA legislature. Rightardia believes Mittens would be a gridlock president.

Obama Leads in Poll as Voters View Romney as Out of Touch - Businessweek
"Barack Obama has opened a significant lead over Mitt Romney in a Bloomberg National Poll that reflects the presumed Republican nominee’s weaknesses more than the president’s strengths.
Obama leads Romney 53 percent to 40 percent among likely voters, even as the public gives him low marks on handling the economy and the deficit, and six in 10 say the nation is headed down the wrong track, according to the poll conducted June 15- 18."
This is great news particularly for a business friendly web portal like Bloomberg.
If you want a peek of what it would be like if Mittens was elected president, take a hard look at Rick Scott. He is another wealthy man totally out of touch with the electorate.
