See 'em?

They were singing pretty loud yesterday when I went down to feed the mares. The mares were spotting them across the river to the north as I was preparing to go out, I thought it might be deer or the neighbor's horses.

Until I heard them sing, that is.

Hard to tell through the fence, but looked like a pack of Coyotes. We have spotted them crossing everywhere on our property...not a fan.

I think it's a breeding pair.

We have a lot around here, too. My barn cats are almost 12 years old, and I don’t know how they’ve avoided getting caught by coyotes. I’m not a fan of them.

Coyotes...back home we hear them on these cold winter nights.

With all of our goats, I am never too happy about seeing coyotes. My husband actually found a den a couple of years ago. Our guard dogs do an amazing job at protecting the goats though.

Yes I saw them! Pretty neat. I love to listen to them sing at night, they make a song that gives me chills. Yet they are such smart creatures too.
