Yesterday was Mother's Day in the US. I got my b'fast in bed, wonderful handmade cards and gifts, and a lovely BBQ dinner. While I was reading cards from my 5 & 7 year olds, I remembered a time when they were little enough to rock to sleep. That time is long gone, but they will always be my sweet babies.
Hugs to all you moms out there!

What a lovely photo Rikka, my babies are all taller than me now, but I can still remember when they could fall asleep like that!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful photo Rikka! Glad you had a good, relaxing day! I did too! I agree totally - Motherhood Rocks!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful picture of you and the kiddos. Glad you enjoyed your day, I did, too. Hubs and each of my 2 adult kids got me a hydrangea and I only said once (when shopping with son and saw them) I wanted one! Took MIL to lunch at Ruby Tuesday's. all 3 generations at one table in a crowded restaurant and everyone happy; maybe a first, son's autism sometimes interferes at places and circumstances like that. Great day.
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet picture, Rikka!
