FOODS THAT ARE GOOD FOR OUR LIVER
1. Grapefruit - the high level of vitamin C and antioxidant properties of grapefruit help reduce toxins in the body and prevent them from damaging cells.
2. Beets - the betaine, an amino acid obtained in beets can help prevent and reduce the accumulation of fat in the liver.
3. Carrots - it contain properties that help reduce fat and bile in the liver, and the removal of these substances leads to a better functioning of our liver.
4. Apples - it carry pectin and malic acid that help remove toxins and carcinogens. The soluble fiber-pectin, works best in eliminating toxic buildups and cholesterol from the blood, which increases great life for our liver.
