happy NINETEEN huix=)

indescribable

elearning week has been a nice break to have=) attachment's starting in 10days time. everyone's getting the jingles. hahas=) anw, managed to spend my time wisely this week with friends and attempting to do projects. celebrated suhui's nineteen, seoul garden-ed with C02s and finally got around to go central to get sweets from sticky!=)

yups, while at town yesterday, i met fangliang! i haven seen him since graduation so i was really surprised and happy to see him! hahas, i was quite amused by myself cus i started talking to fang liang in chinese. its like automatic. then when i turn over to nicole i'll speak in english and then i'll speak to him in chinese. wahh i do miss higher chinese class=) and, i've gotten julie's permission to post up her unglams=) and as usual, julie always amuses me

SEE JULIE=) i mentioned. so yes!=) julie did MEDICURE and PEDICURE! like WOAH. first time she did something so girlish=)which is good julie. and it was fun watching her. she was super entertained by the fan blowing her nails and i discovered that the thingy she giaps in between her toes is a sponge snail=D

and then, previously met up with units supposedly to surprise huix on her birthday. hahas=) but huix already guessed what we were up to. lol. we were supposed to countdown to midnight with her and yelyn will enter with the cake, but yel was watching the tv outside and came in late. it was funny=) but im so glad that it still brought a smile to huix=) and her mom baked a cake for her too! and then yel presented her with the scrapbook contributed by majority of the units=) let the photos do the narration=)

and then we took photos with our individual page=) some unitians were not there though. still=) i must say the whole book was awesome=)






and then on sunday eugene brought us to this weird place near my church at harbour front. it was a hot walk in. the service at the restaurant sucks, but then when it was evening,the sunset was beautiful and it lifted the mood=) random shots and group photos! look out for the beautiful sunset=)

i still find this picture very amusing even after looking at it so many times. =) and this is how i've been feeling recently. happy=)
haha=) i'm attached to some ulu centre once again. this time round its even further from my house. but thank God, i managed to find a direct bus from the interchange, though from the busstop it seems like a long walk in. quek, bussmate and yanling's centre is along the same stretch of road too! in fact yanling and i just found out that our centres are on opposite sides of island creamery=) it feels nice to know that at least some familiar people are near!
i've been pretty lucky in a way, having been attached to littleschoolhouse in year1, ntucchildcare in year 2, and this time round im attached to a private centre. it does sound like a Christian childcare centre, which will be a good experience i guess, since i've always wondered how Christian childcare centres will be like=) so after all, im grateful about my posting=)
so attachment will start in two weeks time, honestly im more nervous than excited. I don't really know what to expect from a private centre.. have found out that i'll be working with 5-6 years old, and have gotten the theme that they're using. gotta start doing the curriculum stuff, not sure how to begin but i guess things will work out fine=) keeping my fingers crossed.
hmm i think i'll miss the C02 bunch when we go out for attachment=)i asked julie if she'll miss me since she wont be seeing me for almost 7weeks attachment + 2 months holidays. since she has always been complaining that she sees me alot even during holidays for diploma plus. and she said yes! HAHA, julie im announcing here that you'll miss me=) so please don't MIA okay. you girls too=)

took that photo quite some time ago on my way home on the bus. i was captivated by the sunset and its blending of blues and reds. pretty amazing isnt it.

fourth week of school and projects are starting to due. we will know which centre we'll be attached to next week. im keeping my fingers crossed that i'll get a better mentor this time round and of course angelic kids=) with attachment starting, i'll probably be much lazier to head here too=)

haha these two are my most loyal blog readers. these two photos really make me laugh=) the two "chikus" are really funny =P
during Youth that day, mercy tiff and rhon surprised me with a cake, hat with well-wishes from the youth, and the key point here is the HUGE balloon. It was hilarious trying to get onto the bus with that balloon. but they're really a sweet bunch=)

and so, i resume my no-life life again=)
