third week of school is ending in two days time
time passes real quick.

attachement started today
this time round i was attached to a childcare centre slightly nearer, but as ulu as the previous one. LOL
but somehow, i really prefer the previous centre more
=,( i miss my WC, C, my toddlers.. my ex-nursery kids
they can really warm my heart with their words
lol.. and make me smile or laugh like a retard at their super innocent and cute actions =)
and the best thing about them
is that when they say "teacher melisa, i love you"
you know they really mean it

i miss yanling!!!
going to attachment without yanling i felt really lost =X
it's just not as fun=(
i miss doing attachment with yanling

well, this centre is pretty alright
except the fact that they dun have aircon=(
im too used to aircon already=P
yups.. and attachment starts at 8am instead of 9 now
and the COOLEST thing is
i really realise how SMALL singapore is today.
my new mentor and new principal
were the teacher and the pricipal which was transferred over from my previous centre!
so yups. two familiar faces at attachment centre
lol.. but this time round i was attached to the K2s
which is good and bad at the same time
i have to implement 6 lessons this sem, older kids will co-operate more
but it means that my lessons have to be more challenging
which is challenging for myself to plan too =X
haha. good luck to me!


on a random note
lol=) the other day, i went to read the private diary i kept during my sec3 sec 4 days
and it really brought back alot memories
happy.sad.crazy.lovely.
and it made me remember manymany things which i forgot=)
simple love. simple smiles.
sometimes, i think we've forgotten about contentment.

=) ytd was such a happy day in school
becus i met sooo many unitians =D
soo happy=)
it's sooo hard to meet familiar faces in a big campus
and meeting them gave me such a familiar feeling all over again
lk those days back in unity

and then choon tat and cheryl and hui hui
and then my redcross senior peiqi and junior siti
and last week i met kangyi and aaron choong=)
hahas.. yay! more unitians come and populate ngee ann!
then i'll be reallyyy happy
hahas. i miss seeing familiar faces i miss the "unity feel" =)

and i've decided to join dancesports..
went over with dorothy julie deb and shikin ytd
and to my surprise, i met jeremy and choon tat and hui hui there too
hahas =D so cool! got familiar ppl=)
YES. i've decided to give dance sports a try=D

anw, ytd was really fun i really enjoyed it
we did the cha cha=)
AND I DIN STEP ON JULIE
achievement can HAHA=)
it's really cheap as compared to learning it outside
though the high heels are gonna be $$$
but for now, i'll be going on the basis of "social dancing"
and i would lk to go "competitive dancing" some day, perhaps not so soon..
and then i can get the ngee ann jacket =D LOL
so yah.. im going to need a guy dance partner..
and yups. so im asking a guy frnd to join too as my partner
HAHAHAHA.. i shall not say who he is first =) *evil smile*

it's kinda late to join a cca only at year2 but it's okay lah..
i've thought about it
whether i get lots of cca points or not, i guess, perhaps, i shldnt think so much about it yah=)
rather than to keep telling myself "shit.. im stuck at 5 points nia"
i guess, we should just let it be.. and enjoy every moment in the cca just like how i did in redcross=)

OH OH ytd i was sooo proud of myself for chasing aft a bus im super pro can=)
i got off 184 to realise that 975 was leaving the interchange,
and usually at night, the frequency of the bus is lk 20 mins
was really tired and i wanted to get home asap
so i ran from the alighting point all the way to the first busstop for 975
AND I CAUGHT THE BUS lk WOAH=D lol.
i seriously hate 975 LOL
it made me late for sch ytd i waited for 25 minutes for it T.T
so yes. I DUN LIKE 975.
its soooo irritating.

and so im at home right now waiting for 3.30 so i can go sch for my 1 hour tutorial =.=
then i'll noe which childcare centre im attached to.

frm week 5 onwards, every week got at least one assignment due..
and there is this week with 4 assignments due =,(
and me and violet overheard someone talking about how slack my course is

and IM SO SORRY for not joining you for dinner on sat =,(

hahas.. hmm this year marks the 10years of friendship
yups, i noe that girl since we were 8++ in primary three
hahas.. and we spent 8 years being in the same class, from pri 3 right up to sec4
and it was by chance when the two of us were the only two that went into redcross
and the only two from 2/8 that took combined lit
and yes, these were all unplanned=)
but im REALLy glad that we could go through all these together
it would be weird doing redcross without yelyn
and weird going to lit class without yelyn..

hahas=) and it's kinda cool now that our sisters are also good friends now=)
perhaps this means that we can really be friends forever yah =) hahas =P

yups. so much memories shared with her
especially those days in redcross
ren ci visits to see jinghua, uncle goh, uncle ong, and the malay aunty
standing under the hot sun doing footdrill
dragging out those first aid supplies and counting them
doing firstaid on ppl while watching them cry
doing morning assembly and watching this certain group of guys(hehe) walking pass us and going crazy over them.
all those random conversations fantisizing stuffs

hahas.. i rmb we used to talk about how scary it would be if we continue being in the same class even after sec four..
but she headed for JC while i headed for Poly
so we don't really get the chance to talk now
but seeing yelyn always brings back familiarity to me
a sense of comfort=)

this week has been sloww somehow
and i did alot of exercise this week
chasing after the bus cause 975 comes at an allocated time
if i miss that bus, i'll prob have to like wait another 15mins
and then miss my 184 or 75
which will cause me and busmate to be in a jam
and then we'll be late.. lk today=(

so yups. im always running to the busstop recently=P

thurs was pretty cool.
we had phillip for mathematics for young children=D
he took over my other lecturer
kinda sad that we din get to have him for this module's tutorial
BUT anw
we had fun in class. playing GAMES=D




hahas=) after playing the ants in pants with deb and macy,
we played twister with jess, julie and jolene as well
and that explain my muscle aches today=( hahas
twister was really funny.. had alot of fun laughing
and then me jo macy and jess played uno stacko
we're like SUPER pro can
LOL we managed to play without the thing crumbling down
look at how unstable and how many holes there are

its fun reviving childhood once in a while yah=)

hahas.. infant toddler tutorial was not bad too
but the FIVE hours break was terrible

haish... that was a random thought. but i tot it wld be nice to be able to sponsor a less fortunate kid.. HAHA.. maybe in 2 years time when i have better financial status=)

thank God that attachment havent start, so i have today off frm sch=)
school has only started for two days
but somehow, it's tiring already
i think im growing old=p

projects are coming in, i dun even want to count how many there are already
but this semester has more modules
AND more post lecture things to do
i need to feel a litttllee more motivated=X
yups. and so, im seriously thinking if i should join a CCA=X

but well, the cool thing is we have infant and toddler development and behaviour module this sem
which makes it something nice to look forward to=D

a random thought for today..
i was just thinking about 'believing'
believing in someone with the whole heart..

it's hard to believe someone without having any doubts, to REALLY be ready to be beside and there for someone no matter what, to really believe in someone without questioning
sometimes, all we need is just one person to believe this much in us.
and that makes it all, makes everything much more easier to bear.

but its hard to find such ppl i guess
so if you have someone like that in your life, treasure yah

i had three such person that i came across in my life..
one is my dearie yusnizah=)

but she's the one there with me thru thick and thin

and C02 is my class. not carbon dioxide.

so that day when i was doing my quiet reading
i prayed about this certain thing that has been troubling me for quite some time
and as i read my bible, i came across this verse in Proverbs.
and i decided to challenge myself, as well as God in this promise
and praise God=)
He fulfiled this promise
through the week, He really directed me
and when it all happened just now
i knew God answered my prayers=)
whatever that comes along later
it's really alright to me
cause to know that my prayers were heard
it's enough for me=)

just came home from Unity's awards night
lol. was informed that day that i was supposed to collect an award as an alumni of RedCross for my contribution to URCY
which was rather surprising but at the same time really cool
was supposed to go in 'formal' attire, which was kinda weird
so my sis dressed me up with those office people looking thingy
hahas=P
it was really nice to be back
managed to talk to a few of my juniors at the redcross room
and to see all those teachers again, mr chan, mdm mok, mrs chiew, ms lim, mr chia, mdm yue and especially mrs selvan!
i miss mrs selvan soooo much
my sec one form teacher, but she's really more than a teacher to me.
rrmb those days where f4 wld have lunch with her wahhh..
got to talk to mdm mok for awhile too=) hahas.. she's still as cute as ever lah
and mrs chiew said that she misses the batch of us alot=) awww
hahas.. rmb our "more than words" that made her cried=P

hahas. im still more for japanese dramas than the "he die,she die" korean dramas
or the Longgg winded taiwan dramas=)
so yups.
dancedrill, the queen classroom, nobuta wo produce, hana yori dango, cardcaptor sakura, ouran highschool host club, CJ7, ratoutullie is my achievement so far=)

hanging out with yanling liting, julie and michelle at suntec and the MANGO + DURIAN ICE were LOVE! had fun=)


and then, there was the seventeen magazine girls' day out thingy on sat

so yups. off we went on saturday~*
it was reallyyyy coolll..
they talked about fashion, makeup, hair, and all those girls stuff
