Orange is the new Black

I'm kinda late on the Halloween looks this month. And don't be fooled by the title of this post, it's not about the Netflix Series. Anywho, Halloween is one of my favorite times of the year! I use this time to create some fun inspired looks. This is my twist on the "classic" halloween colors: Black and Orange. I wanted something simple but dark and that could work for a fashion editorial. This is another gothy, vampy look. Lol, I kind of look "dead"... The Walking Dead perhaps.. WOW, that was pretty lame. Anyways here is the look and I will list the products that I used.

I'ma Fucking Mermaid!

It's been two billion years since I've updated my blog! This past year has been a very busy one and now it's time for me to get a little bit more serious about my projects. I've had a great year so far, I quit my dreadful job and moved on to something that allows me to be a bit happier and even more creative. I've had a busy social life as well! I was having a lot of fun this past several months and my craving for creativity has become stronger as the months go by. So now it's time to get serious and work on some projects! I recently just worked on a few makeup looks. I didn't realize how rusty I got after months of not playing with makeup! Bad Reina!, Lol! Anyways, I'm looking forward in doing more photo shoots and makeup gigs. In the mean time enjoy this makeup look!

Hmmm what inspired me..? Well I dyed my hair an unnatural color and I totally thought I looked like a mermaid. And who doesn't want to be a mermaid? I wanted to use colors that complemented my hair color, so I used some oranges, corals, sea green, teal, and blues. The look came out really nice. I'm really thinking of making this into a series, so look out for future mermaid makeup looks!

I'm a really lazy blogger, lol. I like listing the products that I use, but too lazy to list the details. But here is my lazy list:

Foundation:
Graftobian Creme Foundation
Loreal Lumi Liquid Foundation

Contour:
MAC in Blunt

Blush:
NARS

Eyes & Eyebrows:
Too Faced shadow insurance
Inglot
Makeup Forever
Coastal Scents
NYX
MAC

Lips:
NYX lip liner
Covergirl lipstick

Orange Bronze

Soooooo late in posting new looks. NYC is taking over my life lol! I've never been so busy! With 2 jobs it's hard to keep up with my creative projects. Previous looks that I have done consisted of crazy color combos but with this Orange Bronze look I wanted to do something neutral and sultry. I hope you will enjoy this!

So Grungy

Sorry again! I've been busy! This grunge inspired look was created several weeks ago and I never got to post it. I wanted to do something different with the colors, so I used red and purple for the 90's grunge look. I hope you like it!

Baby Blue Goth

I wanted to create a goth look with a pop of color. So I decided to use new products that I haven't been able to try out (Rimmel eye pencil in a pale blue color along with an Inglot eye shadow that was in a periwinkle blue). On the eyelid I didn't want to use a typical neutral color, such as brown or gray, so I decided to use a deep purply plum color as the neutral. As for the lips I lined and filled them in with NYX Blackberry lip liner and Graftobian's black lipstick. Here's the look:
