伸手将军

当你们看到这一篇时,我已经在家了。。。
((多熟悉的 TVB 台词!!!))
 
从丢信那一刻开始,我就一直很忙。
忙着喝咖啡;
忙着帮老板善后我最熟悉却没有办法继续下去的 BD Job;
忙着 transact 垃圾给其他同事;
忙着吹水。。。
 
其实好多同事八卦的问说,
为何辞职?
 
我的答案,
他们到现在也没有办法接受。
换回来的总是
“骄傲咯,不老实,还要骗我们。。。”
 
吃饱酱有空骗你们么?!!
 
对。
我已经成功 applied 到新的 full time job
 
“真的??什么工??哪里的??”
 
家里。

哈哈哈哈哈哈。。。

刚刚进来这间无良公司时,
我是多么的有朝气!!!
我好喜欢这一张照片哦!!!

说难不难过,舍不舍得,
其实是会有的。
毕竟都呆了接近六年了,多少都是有感情的。
特别是我的部门。
我的部门老板,还有部门同事,
还有我们这一群偶像实力派的 Lunch Mates。
((还真不要脸。。。))
 
没有什么东西收拾,
只是拿了杯子而已。
 
其余的拉拉杂杂,
送的送;给的给。

今天和好多好多同事们拍照。

呼~~

* 一切尽在不言中 *
 
丢信这件事
真的很考倒我
 
决定丢信之前的几个星期
礼貌上我都会“知会”我的爸妈
爸爸虽不认同但也不会阻止我
因为我在他心中一直都是公主
他会习惯性的放纵我这位刁蛮公主
 
妈妈这一位太后就没有办法了解公主到底在想什么
一天到晚打电话给我碎碎念
甚至还去问神
说白一点
还不是传统女人羡慕现代女性可以拥有自己的事业
又可以明正言顺花自己的钱
我妈妈很单纯的
她没有办法想像如果自己每一个月都有像女儿酱的薪水花
她只知道女儿一直以来
除了购物就是不停的购物
花钱不手软
 
她只是觉得可惜
到后来女儿要步她后尘
做伸手将军
 
我和她说
我也是和她一样
为孩子还有自己的家付出
就这样简单而已
 
妈妈她不知道
她才是我心中最富裕的女人
 
 从丢信那一刻开始
我在一个小时内必须回答同样的问题
至少5678次
 
除了爸妈
其实我不需要再和任何人交代什么
 
关于丢信这件事
其实就这样简单
对吗
 
明天还有几趟的咖啡要喝呢

什么叫做“两个月”



续之前的 《什么叫做“假期”》的故事之后。。。 原来还有以下的“两个月”故事。。。今天是什么日子??!!!!!

如果顾客说,我有两个月没有 respond。。。
那么,请问这么顾客,你做么不会“再” email 我,再提醒我呢?!!

妈的 @#$%&XYZ!!!

总之,我做好了 Chronological Report 来证明我没有这么无能到没有 ON TIME RESPOND!!!

如果你们觉得我这么差,有本事就叫我回去本位,不再当 PM!!!

but customer do not see it....the best to do is like I said earlier...once you have

By looking at the feedback from GG, it is not a good sign for us. All the while they were very satisfied with us and there are more new models from them in the pipeline.

I believe the breakdown is not due to our ineffectiveness but just a missed out.

我自认不是很能的人。
 
我只是做我应该做的事。
 
就比如身为 BD 的时候做好 BD 该有的本份偶尔偷懒吃蛇上网写部落而已。
原来做好我的本份也会不小心让自己在一堆鸟人们中比较显眼,
然后被点名坚持等我放产假回来第一天帮忙鸟人暂时接管 PM 的 job,
帮忙照顾 C 顾客。
 
帮忙照顾照顾一下就自然而然变成我自家的事。
就好像台湾偶像剧那样帮人家照顾人家的女朋友之后,
自己不小心照顾到人家的女朋友变成自己的女朋友去酱,
从此踏上 PM 这一条不归路。
 
今天,
 
“You have done a great job!”
 
Then??
 
“You can break through and can handle C very well!”
 
So??
 
“I want you to help on H customer。”
 
。。。。。。
 
Is this a choice or INSTRUCTION??
 
“As now C is quite stable and smooth,maybe you can hand over C to 你的同事,
we really need you to look into detail on this H business。”
 
Can I say NO??
 
“Alex is here until tomorrow。We will intro you to him。You get prepare for tomorrow 9am meeting。”

我离开大老爷的办公室的最后一段话的开头是这样的

噢,他们还真的蛮看得起我。
之前被 C escalate delivery 对他们来说只是小事而已,
因为到最后我们也来得及出货。
 
几百千 revenue 在大老爷的眼中都是小客户,
难道只有挖油田的才算是大客户吗?!!
统统 mah 是需要 8-5 working hours 叻!!!
 
Revenue 小的,难道我的工做量会比其他 PM 少吗???

不同国度的 division 也是需要好好安排时间 reply email 还有 concall。
如果我真的会因为客户小而空闲的话,我老早就写部落写到天花乱缀啦!!!

这就是我一直心软部门老板同事迟迟没有丢信的结果。
我的飞镖丢不出去,却被大老爷的飞镖刺中。
 
我在这十多个月里像无头蝇碰了好多的钉子好不容易才 build 好我的 repo,
凹凸不平的路被我铺好了之后就这样拱手出让,

I KNOW WHAT TO DO NEXT

我不知道要写什么。
只是知道我现在很不开心。
关于工作的一切,我现在什么都不想碰。

从我十月份 maternity 回来的第二天,被通知说,我们的部门必须 assist 鸟人的 business unit。
后来演变成,我从 BD 跳去 PM,take over 整个 C牌 Business Unit。
没有任何升级或加薪或 title 转换,我从那天起接下来的每第一封 email communication 里写着:

This is Red Lee and currently been assigned as a new PM to handle this account from now onwards.

任何人看了这种 email,都会心想为何已经是 PM 的人,部门那里还是写着 BD Dept 而不是 PM Dept。

因为,无良公司没有给我任何承诺。

“这是一个大环境的转变,每一个人都被 assigned 很多不是自己original 的 Job Description。“
这是我的大姐老板给我们无奈的解释。

我没有得选择。
I AM FORCED TO TAKE OVER THIS STUPID PM JOB。

从十月到现在,我变成 ANGRY BIRD。
很多我必须 ASSIST 的工作往往被一些不合作的鸟人们,老鸟人们,懒鸟人,玻璃份等等等气到我第二天不来上班。尼玛。。。annual leave 也不是这样浪费的。。。


九年以来,第一次做前线的工作,可以做到希望有客户因为我的怠慢而 escalate 我。
这样我就有很好的理由和大老板说,我不适合做 PM。

我不知道是不是我的 ATTITUDE 有问题?
我不知道是不是我的 EQ 有问题?

可是你们有没有想过,一个刚刚升格为母亲的,没有任何照顾出月宝宝经验的新手妈妈,每晚睡眠不足而还要在工作上 ASSIST 你们这些所谓的鸟人工作还要面对再被你们点来点去的 email war。。。重点是 PM 的 Job Description 是 BD 的十倍加长版。。。你们想要我怎样 assist?!!

我很不开心。真的。

我已经多次 escalate 给我的大姐老板。可是,她能怎样帮忙?她也因为被逼 assist 其他 business unit 的 costing 而搞到自己忙上加忙,根本没有时间看我的 business unit。。。每隔几天她才会问我说那里有什么 urgent 或 pending 的东西。。。我只是等着说,几时才会被客户 escalate 呢?!!

今天又被鸟人气到。

我 email 给鸟人要求它之前的 formular sheet:

As referring to the C Pricing File shared by you on 03-Jan (pls refer to the attached email), I would like to know how the “Frozen Conversion Cost” (Column H) come from. Kindly transact the cleansheet formulation sheet in return. I need the cost breakdown in order to reply the following email from C.


你看它怎样 reply 我:

Morning Red,
Frozen Conversation was something Rxxxxxx/CEO and XXX agreed upon.


尼玛!!!
这样就推到一干二净?!!
你鸟人之前的 formular 怎样来的?!!至少也要有一些数目字跑出来才可以让 management 来决定怎样 frozen 那些 cost!!!

我的大老板更加天真的 reply:

鸟人/Red,

we must set up template for C....and this has to be transparent...

一句简单的 set up template。。。我就必须重新弄过 cost template 吗??48个models 叻!!!

Why we cannot have the previous data/ formular sheet from 鸟人 and then amend accordingly to meet the conversion cost that has already been disclosed before? Why we need to re-open a new template for C? This is very time consuming…I have to get IE data again for all 48 models and re-generate 48 templates just to fill in C’s request?

最近除了很兴 Listen Listen Listen 以外,
我在无良公司被某个高层酸,
酸我一直 Blame Blame Blame
 
玻璃,是我们偶像实力派给这个高层的小名。
这个小名果然没有取错。
他的心好像女人玻璃心这么脆弱。
我这种小角色 push 他旗下的懒鸟人的 email 竟然也可以伤到他,
从玻璃变成玻璃粉。
 
为了纪念这么被酸经典的一切,
我把那些 email PO 在这里,以示心头之狠。

Fyi we go source from 8 supplier only receive 2 sample from 2 difference supllier, already pass it to you but can’t use it.
Now now they try to find other type adhesive to give us for test.
Other supplier recommend to use Hot blower glue and try to find the suiteable item to be use.

今年一开文都是那些鸟人事件,不像是我一贯 PO 文的作风。
红人馆怎样都说是 share happiness of my beautiful life 嘛!!!
不过也对。
Happiness。
看笑话也是一种 Happiness。
你们看我骂不是人也看得挺过瘾的,不是吗??
哇哈哈哈。。。
 
 
不管怎样,谢谢大家关心。
以我大声不准超级可爱活泼开朗型的性格,通常发泄之后又是一条好汉!!!
 
 
说真的,我还是蛮喜欢这一分工。
只是最近被不平等对待加上看着鸟人们得空到摇来摇去而自己忙到像狗酱
(( Golden: 妈咪, 我都不忙呀。。。。))
红姐我还真的是48 肚烂的。
 
 
如果不是看在这个月是 review month 的分上,
我 send 出去轰炸的 email 应该不是这么客气的;
而在部门老板还有同事面前骂的脏话应该不会这么少。
 
 
唉,说来说去,只要大老爷在 review 时可以想起 Red 的话,该多好?!
难道我只是在你被鸟人做的咚咚气到无声时才会被点名,
然后希望我像 superwoman 飞出来帮忙吗?!
 
 
要不是看在这个 review 时期的分上,我应该正在打信了。
((我的 back-up 还真的很强。。。大大老板自己 offer 我的。。。))
哎哟,review 分数好又怎样,不好又怎样?
3% 或 5% 有差吗?!!
难道又要像那一年知道我高调去应征而立马爽快地说,
“we can offer better than them!!!”

算了。
骂完了,发泄完了,工还是要照做。

公司的食品义卖会

我们的公司,不知道做么突然间善心大发,搞一个食品义卖会,把赚到的钱放进公司的所谓慈善基金。

对我来说,这是一种“硬硬赚”员工的钱, 再把钱放进公司慈善基金,再回馈社会,或捐给有需要帮助的员工。为什么不是公司出钱放进慈善基金来福利员工呢??

为了这一次的义卖凑款,公司一直把“慈善”挂在嘴边,如果我们不出一分力,好像我们是恶魔酱。

没有办法咯。所以呢,像我们这一群办公室小到可怜、人数少到可怜的4个部门就唯有团结起来,为了这么“有意义”的慈善义卖会而合拼在一起咯。















 


我们这4各小部门,加起来才不到20人,决定自制三文治来买。

材料都是由左边那一位小老板负责买,因为他追求完美,三文治要便、靓、正,还要让人吃了流连忘返再和我们买,这么有要求的小老板,我们当然很乐意让他带领我们咯。



在义卖会的前一天,放工后,大家挤在小老板的房间里弄。而部门小秘书们在弄宣传卡。 

1个小时内,我们就弄好了。把包好了的三文治放进箱子里,再冷藏起来第二天才用。你们猜看,没有冰箱的我们,会把它收在那里?当然是电脑系统控制房。那里的温度是要常保低温20度的,而且不可以关电。

义卖当天,我们比平时更早到公司。上班都没有那么准时哪!

这是我与我的小老板兼共车友兼学姐合照。













这是掌管一切与电脑、科技、系统、咨询等IT小老板。我们借放三文治的事情,幸好是放在他掌控的部门里。嘻嘻。



我们的三文治,还可以让你自己“添加”馅料!(其实是剩下的馅料,没有面包了,不可以浪费)
还有还有,为了冲场面多一些食物,我也带了我自制韩国泡菜来做义卖。

部门小秘书们已经排好了三文治。还有,这是临时突然要卖的冰淇淋,呵呵。



义卖会开始后,我们的大老板就已经先来我们的小档口,一口气买了三包三文治。他老人家不能吃甜食,逼不到他买冰淇淋,嘻嘻。

义卖会的上半段,终于,卖剩下15包。冰淇淋也差不多空了。

义卖会的下半段,我们已经在办公室里摇脚了,呵呵。






这是公司这么多年来第一次搞这种活动。经验不足不在话下,很多准备不足的地方比如食物不够却 coupon 卖了很多,还有所谓的前一天 Pre-Order 搞到 afternoon shift 的 operators 有票也买不到食物(食物没有开始放在桌上卖,已经老早被 booking 完了)等等都遭到很多员工投诉。

唉,这种伤财伤神的事,希望没有下次了。
我们只想安安分分的来上班而已。

如果公司要做慈善 ,可以不可以加一加、起一起我们这些小职员的薪水呢?

Left side is recent photo taken in January 2009. Although YP & CP leave, we are glad that we still have the chance to meet together in the CNY reunion steamboat dinner.

"How you feel here after working for a year?" My boss CH asked me during my 1st anniversary in this company.

I have re-called back my memory in the previous company and the time i leave there.

"Haha! Great! I love here!" Of coz, this should be a good employee's reply to boss, right?

Franky, I really happy to be here! ^_^ Haha~ I have a great team here!

Company 15th Anniversary Dinner

After 2 months preparation, finally the Company 15th Anniversary Dinner has come true!


FYI, this is not an annual dinner. My company has organized once before, but was 10 years back. Hahaha~ ^_^


I am very tire on in-charge of the invitation card & lucky draw vouchers. Coz my budget has been squeezed. Here, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to WF, CC & SK of their time to help me on card modification process.


As one of the AJKK (Ahli Jawatan Kuasa Kecil), I have the chance to appear on the stage. See, I am the 4th one at the right side.


Of coz, there was a Head Wear Competition. The winner falled to the "Lady" in the photo. Can you identify where was "She" standing in the photo? Haha~ ^_^
