Under the Bright Sun, a swollen toe shines.

Working for days consecutively and not using the internet and not resting well enough takes its toll on your body.

I don't even remember clearly what event happened when until a prompt by somebody, then I will "ohhhhhh yalo yalo"

Well, there are still stuff that you wont forget and this one is particularly memorable in a bad way.

Was moving tables for break out rooms.

Moving the last table down from the trolley, it slipped abit [cox its round] and slammed down on the ground.

My left big toe was in between the table and the ground.

In an instant, my brain warranted the use of the expletive that starts with the letter F and i jumped to a chair nearby to nurse my wound.

It is very painful.

After that, started to limp but after awhile it became chronic pain and I had a little limp..

Then during the afternoon, I took out my sock and saw a swollen toe. Very swollen one. D:

I thought to myself, 'since the skin didn't break, the blood vessels inside must have. So I should see internal bleeding in awhile'

Awhile was when i reached home at night. D:

Took out my socks to see the part of the toe near the nail all black/purple/blue, the area filled with blood that came out, internally.

I can be a doctor.

Anyways, my father helped me rubbed the swollen area with some medicated oil..

The next few days was alright with minimal limping..

Just that, today, the chronic pain started to be a nuisance.

It got more intense, I had to limp. Damn.

I don't think its the distance I've walked. Which is from tanjong pagar area, into the shophouses, then to chinatown, then train to dhoby ghaut, walked around plaza sing, walked to the heeren, walked around it, walked to kinokuniya, walked to plaza sing, then back to a bus stop near orchard central.

It isn't alot actually, when you compare it to the distance we cover just walking up and down the hotel. LOL

But the main point is, its starting to be a pain in the toe.

Shall go to the hospital on monday if it doesn't get any better.

I suspect I have a broken bone inside all the while.

Hope this time my diagnosis doesn't get right.

雨のワルツ

Today was Pascal room again.

Saw Xuanyi board the bus but she didn't see me even though she's only less than 1m from me. She was always looking out the window.. lol

Arrived in school and saw Renee, WeiHuang came along shortly after, seems that they have some badminton game..

Me rotted awhile before going to canteen 1 to get some food. Saw Lilin and she confirmed that there's HOM later in the afternoon.. -.-"

Went to library. Pascal room's occupied. Was thinking 'heheh'

Saw KianHong and JiuHua in Newton room lol.. KianHong play warcraft sia.. Rotted there for awhile before Alvin called and said he arrived. And so, armed with 4 pieces [Yes 8 hours] of booking slip for Pascal room, I knocked the door twice while Alvin showed the 4 pieces of paper fan-like to the 2 occupants in the room.

They packed up slowly, all the while saying stuffs and laughing... -.-

Went inside as soon as they came out and set up..

Joanna came at 12+ 1pm like that.. Since she din want to go HOM, Alvin and I took our laptops and went to have lunch at canteen 1..

The lecture was alright alright. Not really a lecture but who cares? She did give us some hints unlike FABM... 

Went back to Pascal room at 3 and stayed there till 7pm. Half studying Half slacking.. 

Went home with Joanna as Alvin has aikido training...

I am still adapting back to windows.

Today was mugging and slacking 50/50 in Opal room in sch library with Alvin and Joanna.. lol

YAY FUJITSU CALLED ME AND SAY I CAN GET THE LAPTOP!!! :D

ON THE 13th HOPE IT WILL BE A GREAT NIGHT!!! :D

I AM LAUGHING AT THE PEOPLE WHO ASSUMED!!! :D

one rock two birds sia. I did not expect my this plan to have any results but I got results! woohoo! level up! hahaha

I think I need to write a timeline for the stuff that happened over an approximate span of one year and three months.. And analyse. Our work has just begun.

The plan was just perfect.

She is indeed extraordinary.

形容她青出于蓝胜于蓝是再适合不过了。

Seriously this is feeling like a drama. I am getting myself involved in this and can feel a tiny fraction of the total surreal feeling that he felt. It is just unbelievable.

We shall see how this will turn out, even if it may take us some time, just don't get your hopes too high, it's not good for health.

Today morning chionged to Alvin's house to do ITB.. After that, chionged to school to do my LMS part cox Cabrina had to print.. So sorry that I made you wait so long! D:

All of my group's members were late, Xinyi went to class first after she talked to me outside cheers at 1.01pm.. Then XiaoDong came along, said byes to Alvin and went towards class.. At the lift lobby, saw Karthi.. LOL We're all late..

Din have lunch, so hungrily went inside class... The 2 groups presenting had problems connecting with the projector, so the teacher gave a 10min break, XiaoDong, Karthi, their friend and me went to makan place and have our lunch LOL..

Reached back class like half an hour later at 2pm... But the group was just starting the video.. Heng...

Cabrina arrived soon after... The group's video was not bad, real slap sio.. *ouch*
But presentation with all the wordy slides made me shut down..

Never did I expect the next group to be much.. er.. boring..
My group's answer session is video-ed w/o subtitles.
That group brought that to a whole new, extreme level.
THE ENTIRE PRESENTATION IS IN VIDEO, WITHOUT SUBTITLES.
The "situational video" was ok, just that the subtitles were in a unsuitable kind of font, too squeezy, too small.. Then the rest of the video is like a tuition class, where the "students" talk about this conflict management and each one talking about the points, jumping here and there, cutting here and there. I'm ok with it, but with all the random cutting into one's conversation WITHOUT subtitles made my head spin.

After a while, we're all like "zzz"

Time's up, their video didn't play finish, so teacher said that she would view it alone next time as there wasn't enough time.. Went for IAC..

IAC was boring.. Until that incident lol..

The teacher was talking to us about our survey questions.. Then she said something about another of her class's group is doing on the topic "vulgarities"
Then went into a conversation of her saying nowadays can hear people saying the "cb word" all over their sentences. Like a normal word.
XiaoDong then added that he is sometimes called cb, the teacher looks shocked and asks, he says that when people call him cb, he feels quite bad and discriminated.. Because being called a

CHINA BOY

makes him feel uncomfortable.

At that instant, the whole group of us burst into laughter ranging from 30s to 1min... LOL
Cox we're so engrossed and listening and all... Seriously damn funny... xD

Ok, enough of the laughing..

After that, went to underpass, talked to 03 peeps.. Showed Edison, JianFei and Alvin our LMS vid.. LOL, Edison was very amused by the "BUT WHY?" segment of the video... hahaha

ITS A WRAP!!!

Nah, stupid ideals pwn me.. My home is a monarchy/communist country. If I were to compare my home's "government" to any government in the world, it would be Singapore. Serious. Its like "you must follow our law/orders" "What I tell u to do u do." "Oppose us and die"

And Laptop out of commission, it dieded. When I press the on button, it will beep a few times and nth will happen. BUT the drive/CPU inside still moves and air still comes out. =/

Morning was late, sorry people. Overslept a little and stomachache. Sounds like bad excuse but I swear its true. D:
Filmed in and around Central.. xD My filming skills and directing skills have dropped till negative. zzz
It was rather awkward filming.. Dunno, I feel strange.. Then filmed along the river, suitable sites for filming we just use. Like impromtu.

It was funny sia some of the scenes, and thanks to improntu we managed to insert comical scenes into it. xD

Walked upstream and filmed at quite a few bridges. Then walked to great world city which is our "checkpoint". Cab went to do something while the rest of us rested at Macs. Took bus 75 back to school and continue filming.. The 2nd battery failed me. I charged whole night it still could nt recieve power. It dieded an early death.

Luckily we could complete all of the story scenes before the batts went totally flat.

Editing will be a challenge. With lappy out of commission worse.

Then still got some misc scenes we must film.. wow really must make LMS a success.. xD

And theres the FABM report... T.T

Update!

Thursday:

Went out with Constance to Chinatown 1st.. 

lol sia, saw Wenqi @ Chinatown Station. Said hi though.. Went to Chinatown Point to fix her specs if nt she'll "go blind" xp

The optician gave a not very good "diagnosis" of her specs.. Its not the screw that's loose, rather, its the spring that's wearing out, and she might have to change her specs sooner rather than later.. D:

Went to the building beside Chinatown Point to withdraw some $$ for the christmas present I'm buying for next week's Christmas Party's Gift Exchange.. Saw a camera shop beside the ATMs, its all those film cameras.. Cool man.. I wanna try them someday.. haha

Walked to Central and bought my gift.. Then Constance bought a donut and bought something for her bf at the jap mart at the basement and we sort of rotted outside the building.. Taking pic of scenery and the Christmas Tree there.. 

Walked to Boat Quay later on, and had a drink at the Macs there.. Walked to Raffles Place and then took train home.. Discussed abit on the film idea.. Argh its making my brain burst.. D:

Anyways, said byes to her at Jurong East.. Made my way home via 78, saw Liying at the waiting area though, she said she was waiting for a person.. Bus came, said my byes and went to Gary's place to get my uni..

This week he's not coming over cox he's "bored" i guess... Took the uni and went back to JE, stood all the way on the train from JE to Bedok. As Gary said, I was early, wayyy to early.. zz

It was barely 6 and I was there already.. Had my economical rice dinner with tau suan and walked over to the skate park..

Wasted time there by reading papers, listening to music, playing abit of patapon.. Then when my tolerance of boredom [and silence] reached its limit, called Yuhui to talk abit.. She's rather crazy about twilight now.. haha 

8pm and Jiahui was punctual! lol.. She left her uni and said she's going for dinner.. Before long, more people came, Kailun came, then a few newcomers also.. I started to ride abit.. Shaun arrived soon after and he still told me to change my tyres.. Sian no budget now.. =/

Learnt ALOT about unicycle hockey yesterday.. Quite tricky for me though, the 10 year old JianHong was quite fluent in the stuffs Shaun taught him... Me? I even fell once.. cui.. But thanks to pants again that the injury was not so bad..

Around 10.15, called it a night and the others went home while Jiahui, Shaun, Kailun and me went for some drinks at the coffeeshop nearby.. Rode on the uni there.. Found out tt Jiahui is working at Lucas Animations lol.. So zai..  Shaun going to NYU around next july, studying Journalism sio.. xD

Around 11pm, decided to go already and Shaun and me rode from there to Bedok MRT station.. Trained back and talked quite alot on secondary sch stuffs.. Luckily got last bus, if not I gotta ride the distance back lo.. Put back the uni at Gary's house and went home to sleep.. zz

Friday:

Woke at 7.45 i think by Gary cox gotta accompany him to Simei ITE to apply for his course, Hair fashion and Design if I remember correctly..

The taxi driver we kena [yes we took taxi] was uber friendly lol.. Talk about quite alot of stuffs haha, and he also told us where to get nice and cheap coffee.. Tampines Round Market #01-34, I hope I get to check it out someday.. lol

The fare was like $29.95.. omg.. 

He's like the 6th person there.. Got to fill in an online form, do a eye test for colour blindness.. Wah 1st time I see blue and purple [not obvious blue and purple, but close shades] for colour blindness tests besides the usual red and green.. Eye pain..

In the end, he just got an interview timeslot next week and we then went to bus to Tanah Merah and trained home.. @ JE bought some waffle for breakfast..

Near my house there de bus stop, Ying called tt she'll be late cox she needs to get her phone which she was just informed of.. Decided to accompany her to Toh Guan there get her phone, Zhihao, coincidentally also will be late for hosting the mahjong session, so set lo, we'll be late..

As I waited, 2 bus 79 and 1 bus 143 went pass.. Told her when she arrived and she said "Let's walk." lol.. We walked to the bus stop opp the church and sure enough, a bus we can board arrived! xD

Along the way, found out the phone tt Sony Ericsson gave her for temp use was very shit.. About every 10 msg she sends out, she have to delete the messages or she won't be able to receive any.. That's how old tt phone is.. The screen's still monochrome though..

Bused to JE and walked all the way there, the collection process was swift, and soon enough, we're out of the building going towards IMM, where she's looking for present for her friend..

Went back to JE when she's finished browsing and took bus 143 back.. I alighted at the market to get lunch while she went home 1st to get her lunch and hairband.. 

At Zhihao's house, I was the 1st guest, and had my lunch while he had his.. Gary arrived soon after, and then Yingying, who brought her lunch packed into a container.. Zhihao cooked Gary some instant noodles as all the money he had just now was spent on the cab.. He had $30. lol

After eating, rested awhile and talked for quite abit before deciding to start on making Tangyuan [Glutinous Rice Balls].. haha.. Learnt from Zhihao how to make them.. And also know more about the traditions of different dialect groups..

It feels really great to eat TangYuan you make yourselves.. Really. xD

Started our mahjong session soon after.. Played for quite awhile before getting rather hm.. Fatigued? And Gary and I taught Yingying and Zhihao how to play Indian Poker.. And we decided to add a rather evil thing to the mix: Truth [can't dare cox like nth to dare too] 

At first its quite funny how I dodged everything by not losing.. But after almost everybody had their turn, thing's turned rather bad as some part they conspired and some part was plain unlucky for me, and all the guns and cannons were pointed at me lo.. D:

Argh, tt question de answer is ONLY that, that's all I can say, seriously. 

My 10 mark PEE open-ended question can only be answered like that for me.. For others with diff situation will have diff answer.. I can't lie dammit... zz

Can't believe we can play so many games with some mahjong tiles and playing cards.. We even played that kind of "Find the pair" game with the mahjong tiles.. Took us quite awhile to finish all the pairs lol..

Suay or Luck? D:

Today [15 Oct] woke up, washed up, and went to Clementi to meet Yanbin, one of my colleagues  while working at Paddock Club, for lunch. We MRT-ed down to Chinatown, walked to Hong Lim Food Centre, and tried out the food featured in ieatishootipost foodblog. We tried the Char Kway Teow, and I bought a nyonya zang, a dumpling to fill up my bottomless pit [yes I'm talking about my stomach.. xD] Had sugarcane juice for drinks..

We then walked around Chinatown Point for awhile before heading towards Central, which is at Clarke Quay. LOL, Yanbin didn't know till just now that Clark Quay is soo near Chinatown.. xD

Anyways, reached there and inside theres a.... erm.... performance by some Japanese people on the stage and they are looking for volunteers to "duel" the "samurai".. Then with a few slow and simple strokes of the katana, the samurai was felled [very "painful" death] by a female angmoh tourist who hold the katana like some kitchen knife. D:

Ok thats besides the point, the point is, there are soooo few people there, I dare say half the people watching are curious employees/salespersons looking out from their shops...

We then walked around Central, bored out and so explored the basement, which sells alot of food.. Went into a Japanese minimart, I bought the 铜锣烧 which is the thing Doraemon likes to eat. 5 for I think $6.80.. Then bought a pack of 6 small packets of snacks which has an assortment of 10 stuffs inside, which are damn nice.. Theres a mini seaweed chicken LOL.. It costs $5.90. This $12.70 which I spent are the last money I'm gonna spend on the day....

Anyways, went to the benches to eat the food cox I'm hungry [already] while Yanbin is still full, but sitting down to rest our legs.. The rest was needed, as we found out later... We talked about the days working and other stuffs.. Then decided to go home.. Walked to the MRT station gates there, felt for my wallet, there's no wallet. 

WHAT THERE'S NO WALLET?!

I told Yanbin in an almost too calm tone that I lost my wallet and we then walked very very fast to the benches there.. Theres no wallet there.. Seems it is taken.. Some uncles sitting there said that an ojisan [i shall refer uncles to ojisan from now onwards] has taken the wallet. All they can recall is the guy is 50+ 60s, has a backpack, is chinese and his clothes look dirty..

So with this clues [they can't remember the colour of clothing.. D:], Yanbin and me combed the whole mall, machiam forced to explore Central cox of this. Went back to the benches there a few times.. Too bad there are no security cameras there.. Actually, there doesn't seem to be any security cameras in the mall! I gave my name, contact number to the info counter there, then we search somemore...

After walking for quite awhile, we went back to the benches, where the ojisans are, they advised me to make a police report, cox IC inside.. I can only think of all the things that could happen.. Imagine, loansharks come knocking because of this.. D:

As I brushed these thoughts away, I asked Yanbin to go home, cox it is really quite a long walk already.. So I said byes to her at the MRT gates there then on the way down the MRT station, I saw Huang shifu, whom is one of the chef who teach the hawker in QT, he is in charge of ep 2.. I said Hi to him and he still rmb me lol! Anyways, after that I walked towards Bras Basar McDonald's there, where Gary is.. Then I maybe will make the police report there, I thought.

On the way there, just before I see SMU, an ojisan, who looks like 40+ to 50s, and clothes look dirty, with his hand out, palm wide, with 35 cents on it, asked me: 

“小弟啊，有没有钱可以给我？我刚刚不见钱包。”

EL:"Kid, do you have any money to give me? I just lost my wallet."

HOW FREAKIN' DRAMA IS THIS?! was what went through my mind.

I answered: 

“我也是不见钱包，对不起。”

EL:"I also lost my wallet, sorry" action: takes out an empty pocket.

He said:

“不要给就算了，不用再讲了。” 

EL:"Never mind if you don't want to give, its ok." [With a sarcastic tone and look]

I was lazy to explain cox I knew it is futile. But seriously, freakin' drama. D: After telling Gary and more later on, Zhihao and Alvin, they all agree it is freakin' drama. DD:

Anyways, while walking towards the destination, my younger brother called, telling me my grandpa ask me call back cox he looking for me.. I was huh? cox my grandpa very seldom calls me, so I called back and he asked whether I lost my wallet. I was thinking "Don't tell me the person know my grandpa?" 

Apparently he didn't, my grandpa gave me the person's contact number and I called and this guy says he is from The Treasury. And asked me if I know where it is, I said no and he said it is beside funan, asked me where I am, I said Bras Basar and he asked me to go over to funan there and call back for directions there.. But YAY! MY WALLET IS FOUND!

I looked for Gary, waited for him to finish his double cheese burger and we walked there.. Seems that the place has 4 doors and police officers as what the person told me..

The security guard there told me to check everything inside and there were no notes inside when the person found it. 

It was a caucasian who found it, it was found on the floor near the building.. But the ojisans at central told me it was a Chinese who took the wallert..

Seems that everything is pieced together.. The dishonest ojisan took the money, and then threw it on the floor, then this angmoh found it and gave it to the security guards.. Heng the IC is inside.. But no more cash.. my $100 inside is for my bus pass and pocket money, now it is gone.. D:

Mixed feelings.. Dunno what la.. But at least I was calm when I lost it. Like too calm, doesn't seems like I just lost a wallet.. 

Thanked the security guard and took MRT home. On the way called Yanbin and told her I got back the wallet etc...

Went to Gary's house to help him with his props.. Then at around 8pm went home to bath and have dinner and then went back down again. This time, called Zhihao to come along to help too, cox we seriously needs hands now.. 

Zhihao came about 15 min later and we drew out the blade part of his sword and continued to do some stuffs.. One part where drawing circles is needed, Zhihao used a spoilt de compass to draw a circle in 10 seconds! Gary used a few minutes.. LOL.  Zhihao's art & craft skills are really handy HAHA. I'm sure Gary agrees. xD

Scarly we become permanent prop making slaves of his.. [imagines his evil laughter]

Reached home at midnite, read wednesday's straits times, ate snacks, drank water, and now blogging... xD

Seriously, I'm like lucky/suay to lose a wallet? I have no idea which.. D:

But what I'm sure of is that it is a lesson to be learnt..
