(After) dinner

Almost my favorite time of the day. Work is done, dinner is eaten, maybe we´ve slept a little on the couch. Then, it is after-dinner coffee. Watching the news. Approximately every day. I almost feel old.

The return of the sun

Today is the day. Finally it´s here. Like Beatles sang; it seems like years since you´ve been here. I will welcome it at my yoga class to day. We will be doing different variations of sun salutation and some sun warriors. I can feel the energy finally coming back together with the sun. Namaste.

Looking forward to pick up these postcards from my mail box. Hopefully soon. All the way from Rk in Finland. Even on sale. I need to do some redecoration on our walls.
