Technology
A few weeks ago one of the men that Pmc works with, in his calling in the Young Men's at church, gave him an old iPhone he had from work. This was thrilling to Pmc even though he's not using it as a phone because we don't want to buy a data plan. So he upgraded from his iPod Touch and I am the lucky one to get to use it. I always knew one of these would prove useful, but necause of the cost - I have been perfectly content with paper and the desktop computer. Well, now that I've had a couple weeks to get myself organized with Apps like ToodleDo, iReadG free, Blogger, Gospel Library, etc. - I really am feeling the benefits of technology. I am grateful for it's powers, and grateful for kind people like Brother L. I even have found that I'm better at not wasting my time on things like pinterest and facebook and blog feeds. Not sure why that is. Maybe it's mostly that this first generation Touch has limits - like no iOs4. Whatever it is, here's to managing my time well.
