What happened to the "handphone Guy" .........? His shop was almost next to the Pier

I was running on the pier on the 7th December 2004, because my sister left her handphone with the "handphone Guy" who s supposed to charge the handphone's battery. We were frantically crazy like hell, because the boat was about to leave and ours was the fourth ferry from the pier, we had to walk thru other 3 ferrys to reach ours. When I was running for the phone the 3rd ferry was about to leave and my sister almost cried ......
