It has been an exciting week. Congrats winners and have a great trip!
Hey Lenore,
So with the merit badges, you only give one badge per book? Right? So a book might get a *world building" merit badge, but still have great writing? You pick the one badge that best honors the book?
I typically stick pretty close to my first love - middle grades, but I try to read at least one YA for every four MG. I like your merit badge system for helping me pick the right book for me.
Hi Ali - That's right! One badge per book in the category I think it best represents. But with some books it's pretty hard to choose. I might have given THUMPED by Megan McCafferty any of the 5, for example.
Oh, I won!! I am so excited, I was thinking I'd never win :) Thanks for making a great place for all things dystopian. And a third book for Shipbreaker? YEAH!
